1:: ALWAYS EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST...I can t emphasize this enough...this does not include a muffin and coffee...this means something along the lines of oatmeal or eggs or cottage cheese...you can t possibly use the excuse that you have no time...it takes roughly 10-15 minutes to prepare a meal, eat it and brush your teeth, get up earlier2: Cut out ALL cabonated beverages, this includes the diet ones...THEY AREN T GOOD FOR YOU..they re actually worse than the regular ones3: if you drink coffee, drink it black4: EAT vegetables5: Eat 5-6 meals a day, eating every 3-4 hours....eating 3 smaller and 3 larger meals...the larger meals being healthy and an example of a smaller one being an apple. 6:Another thing to keep in mind? In my opinion, you don t need to lose weight but if you want to:Exercise daily by jogging, swimming, jump-roping, hula-hooping, jumping on trampolines, biking, roller-blading, doing sports (ex. basketball/ soccer) etc.Keep yourself active and make sure you push yourself as hard as you can and push yourself to the limit. If you get tired, keep going until you really KNOW and are SURE that you pushed yourself as hard as you could go.When you jog, breathe from your nose and breathe out with your mouth.
