What can I do to lose weight fast and still eat what I want? -

Considering you probably need to lose weight in the first place BECAUSE you ate what you wanted, there s nothing you can do to lose weight short of working out for 6 hours a day if you continue eating that way.Your diet is more important for weight loss than exercise. You need to watch what you eat, or you won t lose weight.

This is what I suggest you do.....eat only a few things(2-3) that aren t that healthy each day like one small bag of chips and one cupcake.But for every unhealthy food you eat u have to jog/run for 5-10 minutes.Do not skip any meals because it s unhealthy.Not including the jog for 5-10 min. for every unhealthy food u eat u should go outdoors at least twice a day and bike-ride,jump rope,play basketball,ect. for at least 15 minutes.Eat more vegatables and fruit,you should eat meat and fish too but not that much.

you cant...at least not the healthy way.You could take weight loss pills, yeah they work but for the weight to stay off you have to keep taking them. Once you stop you gain twice as much of the weight you just lost.you can lose up to 12 pounds a month if you work out at least four times a week (doing mostly cardio) and eating healthy foods... I do this but i try to eat one meal like i would do regularly. so i dont get tempted to mess my diet up the whole day...i already lost 20 pounds in 2.5 months

exercise! and though you may eat what you want, you should eat smaller portions, especially if what you like to eat are unhealthy foods. Keep in mind that the best way to lose weight is through a healthy diet and exercise!

Don t eat dinner and have a huge breakfast. After breakfast you burn most of your calories. After dinner, those calories from your meal(s) stay put because at night you do not burn as much calories as you do in the day.

Unless what you want to eat amounts to hardly anything, you can t do this.

i would look over the net...there are millions of answers to this one. i lost 65 pounds by counting my caloures and exercising. small portions is the way to go. STAY AWAY FROM SODA.....its so bad for you!
