How to lose weight when your at a quot;healthyquot; weight? -

Healthy does not necessarily mean thin so while my BMI is in the healthy range, I am not thin. I find it very hard to lose weight, even though I have a round tummy. When I exercise, I seem to just gain weight in muscle. I exercise about 1/2 an hour to 1 hour 5 days a week. How can I lose weight? I eat about 1500 calories.

Go on the starvation diet.

ok. healthy weight means you have a healthy wieght. the average size of a woman is 12. if you are at a healthy weight then you dont need to lose weight. you could tone and stuff. but you dont need to lose weight. and gaining muscle is good. it means your fat is turning into something your body can use. just go to like aerobic classes and pilates. pilates are really good for toning your tummy thighs and butt. and like your arms, at the top and stuff. good luck. i hope you reach satisfaction. and you probably are thin, but you just dont think so. if you are below size 8 you are considered thin...

try eating more meals through out the day, but lighter meals. just small portions, through out the whole day. i eat about 5 - 6 times a day, but smaller portions. and my stomach has gotten used to having only a small amount so i get full quick (plus i eat reallly...slow). but anyway. what this does, is it helps your digestive system work, and your metabolism will pick up, and you will digest food quicker before it is stored in your fat cells in your body. so it is eliminated before it can store it. (im not saying you will lose 50 pounds at once) you will notice a change in your body [: also make sure to always eat breakfast, because that is what starts up your digestive system, so when you eat another meal at 12 i.e. it wont be the first meal youve had. your body would have had the time to digest the breakfast, and it can break down your early lunch [:

first advice do NOT listen to crazy jax she dosent knoo wht she is talking about !! second if you feel lk you have a round tummy try to take jogs especially in the summer get up early and take jogs pace your heart and it helps loose wait trust me and start eating healthy meals try to cut out trans fat saturated fat and any other un healthy fat

RIGHT LISTEN TO ME AND LISTEN CAREFULLY..... EXERCISE EXERCISE EXCERCISE!!! Simple, okay????Get a good exercise regime going and the rest will sort itself out. STOP BEING LAZY and stop being in denial about that!LONG TERM EXERCISE PROGRAMME, I m not talking go for a walk once a week... but not intense either, break a sweat for 40 minutes 3 times a week AT LEAST!!! OKAY??? Try one hour 3-5 times a week and you ll be laughing.Get off you re **** and DO IT!

I have the same problem. Try exercising in the morning, before you eat anything. and don t worry about it, cuz you are at a healthy weight, so so what?

Well you re pretty active so if you reduce your calorie intake you ll start to lose the weight. Start by reducing sugar intake and upping the veggies.

I don t support losing weight when you are at a healthy weight. I would concentrate on exercise to tone your muscles.Bump your exercise to 1 hr a day 6 days a week.

great

dont eat all throughout the day, eat on a fixed schedule, work out a lot, hope this helps (no junk food, only drink water)

Don t try diets, they don t work. Go to the bookstore and look through (and buy if you like it) Dr. Joseph Mercola s Total Health Cookbook Program. It s more of a lifestyle choice than a diet. There are some very good suggestions in the book, of what to eat and what not to eat. The problem with so many different diets is they utilize concepts that, by themselves, make sense, such as Atkins and South Beach Diet. The trouble with diets like those are that they force you to eat things that fit into their scheme of things but aren t necessarily healthy for you (such as Aspartame - whole story in itself. Look it up on the Internet) It s the overall picture that has to be looked at. While you re looking it up, search for refined, virgin coconut oil. The results will surprise you.

How much weight are you looking to lose? How did you get the extra weight? Always had it or gained recently?

How to lose weight in a month.? -

It s a month til memorial day, and i need to lose weight. I want to be able to fit into the sexy bikini without looking fat. HELP!

Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. Vary your routines. Don t eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn t adjust to any one routine. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.http://www.nutrawatch.com/http://www.caloriesperhour.com/http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eahttp://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-the-Hhttp://weightloss.about.com/cs/fitness/ahttp://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/fe

Hey i hope this helps and I am sure you will definitley fit into that bikini doing this:- 6small meals a day (eating fruits,salads,vegtables,etc.)-ab ecersises every other night-60 laps in a pool plus regular swimming-drink lots of waterdoing this i would recomend eating a candy bar every now and then but not everyday maybe once a week or so. I hope this will help you lots!

I know this sounds simplistic, and I know some people have more trouble than others, but I find two things help. Only eat at designated times. If you must eat between meals, then limit yourself to foods heavy in water, e.g. a piece of fruit. Sometimes, where I work, the boss will bring a lot of food in, and I will see people who probably just finished a good breakfast eating bagels, sweets, etc. It takes a lot of self control, but I simply don t do it. People derive satisfaction from eating, but there is a certain satisfaction from controlling oneself, tooAlso, I find with myself that hunger is in some ways like dealing with a mosquito bite. If I can resist the urge to eat, especially when I know I have had enough, I find that after a while my urge to eat is diminished. Since, in our evolution, fat was essential to our existence, as long periods of time might pass in which we did not get adequate food, it is sometimes hard to stop, since that was once something that would benefit our survivalAs an aside, I have often pondered the absurdity of our existence. In one part of the world, people are dying from excess, and in anther dying from insufficient food. Knowing that people are starving in various parts of the world doesn t make it any easier to control one s appetite , but it is rather amazing, in my opinion

to be honest the real way to lose weight is to stop eating as much. im not kidding, drink alot of water. that whole 5 or 6 meals a day is bull ****. i know i have done this and it works. if you want to eat, eat only three meals a day max, no more and if possible only eat peanut butter on bread for protein

Cutting down on carbs helps a lot

cutting down on carbs is a good idea, i would also look towards doing some running or another form of acrdio, just to work off alittle extra alittle faster.xx

How to lose weight after two c-sections? -

I have a 15 month old and I am prego with my 2nd. I got pego with number 2 when my first was 9 months old. When I became prego again I still had not lost the baby weight from number 1 and I also had a c-section! So I am going to be twice the size I was after my first. I am going to have another c-section also, so my question is how do I lose the weight?`

Try the Lil Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezrand Merry Christmas http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FdymxP5Kq

Use INFERNO Weight loss. It comes tablet form and will shred the Weight right off with a little bit of exercise. it also has a hunger depressant to stop those mid day cravings. Just type it in on a web search and you could get them for as little as 20 for 90 pills. They really do work, my wife had the same trouble and they did wonders.

After 6 weeks of having my c-section I started jogging ( non-stop )30-40 minutes a day, 5 days a week and lost all my weight fast.

How to lose weight before my wedding? -

Im getting married in about 9 months and I already have my dress. And the David s Bridal people told me not to lose more then 20 pounds from now til June or they will have to take my dress in. But mostly what I m looking for is to lose a few pounds and tone up my arms and get rid of my double chin. No one really sees what I mean by double chin but I see it and i HATE it.

Here are a few tips:1. You MUST exercise if you want to lose weight and keep it off, so do something every day, even if its just a 15-minute walk around the neighborhood. Dont say you dont have time for exercise; you have to MAKE time. Yes, it takes time and effort, but youre worth it, right?2. Walk as much as you want, but dont do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you do, you risk burning muscle instead of fat.3. If you do strength training, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. Thatll really help you tone up.4. Your diet will make you or break you. You have probably learned bad eating habits over time (most people do). Thats not your fault, but now you have to deal with it. Make a commitment to yourself to unlearn those bad habits and re-learn better habits.5. Eat breakfast every day within an hour of getting up. People who dont are 450% more likely to be overweight.6. Eat six small meals or snacks per day instead of three squares per day or one big meal per day. Your body expends energy digesting your food, so eating smaller portions more often keeps your metabolism running high because youre constantly digesting food.7. Avoid these as much as possible:-- Trans fat (any type of partially or fully hydrogenated oil)-- High fructose corn syrup (soft drinks are LOADED with it)-- Fast food-- Junk food-- White sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes-- The deadly Cs (cookies, cakes, candy, chips, cola)8. Build your diet around these trim-body-friendly foods:-- Nuts, any kind (almonds are best)-- Beans/Legumes-- Fresh vegetables (green is GREAT!!!)-- Dairy products (as long as theyre low-fat or non-fat)-- Eggs-- Lean meats (fish and poultry top the list)-- Olive oil-- Whole grain breads/cereals/pasta-- Fresh fruits (anything that ends in berry is a winner)-- Tea (green tea or black pekoe tea)-- Cold water or ice water (your body has to expend extra calories to heat it up)9. Desserts and treats are the exception, not the rule. Having said that, however, (1) you can have a couple of pieces of chocolate every day C just dont overdo, and (2) Allow yourself one cheat meal every week where you eat and drink whatever you want as long as you dont gorge yourself. Thatll help keep you from feeling deprived and itll make it easier to stick with your new healthy eating plan.Good luck!

only eat diiner and sancks

How to lose weight on a school schedule? -

I never have time to exercise, so I need good advice on how do lose weight?Preferably 10 pounds?

Go one a diet don t cheat and excersise a lot and in 2 months you may lose lbs

Food diariesIt is helpful to know how much you normally eat. Estimating from memory is not very accurate. It is best to keep a diary, and write down every amount of food and drink that you have over a week or so. Include even the smallest of snacks. Add up the number of calories that you eat and drink each day. You may need advice from a practice nurse or dietician to calculate calories. However, there are plenty of books that give calorie counts for different foods. It may be helpful to keep up the diary for several weeks to see the difference in calories that you eat before and after a change to a healthier diet. To lose weight, you must eat less calories each day than previously.Top tip - do not forget the drinks. Some drinks contain lots of calories, such as alcoholic drinks and sugary drinks.

Make adjustments. A successful weight loss strategy based on reducing calorie intake and increasing activity can be adjusted to maintain your desired weight once you reach it. Unlike typical diets, this method is sustainable -- it is a lifestyle change, not a binge-and-purge exercise. Slowly adjust your diet and exercise to include more weight training and calories, as much as is comfortable for you. If you do gain any weight back, you want that weight to be lean, toned muscle, not fat. In addition, weight training, no matter what your age, prevents muscle atrophy and can help stave off osteoporosis.* Instead of thinking of it as losing a certain amount of pounds, think of it as being a certain weight. So if you are 145 pounds, and you would like to lose 10 pounds, think of it as being 135 pounds. This helps you think about it as a long-term goal and not just losing the weight to gain it back again.

There are many ways to do this. Here are some tips that I have found worked from my experiences or friends :*Exercise (the top one all the way, try to make time for it if you can, even just 30 minutes a day)*Not eating out*Eating 4-5 small meals a day (small size = granola bar or cup of soup)*Making those small meals salads, fruit, veggies*Do NOT buy new clothes when you know you are gaining weight. It will encourage you to start loosing weight if you know you can t fit your clothes*Do not eat desserts or sweets (I read somewhere that your body doesn t register candy and other sweets and so hangs on to it)*Eat breakfast (if you don t, you are bound to be starving come lunch and will eat so that you stretch your stomache more (bad!))*Do little things: walk when you could be driving, park far away, walk around campus on your spare time, do something that involves walking when you get together w/ your friends, choose the stairs!*When you do have to go out to dinner, order soup and/or share with a friend*My friend lost weight by eating a regular breakfast and dinner, only eating a half a sandwich and Cliffbar for lunch, and making it a rule not to eat after 7:30. She lost at least 10 lbs and look so fit, but she also had a job that involved labor.Hope these help. Even if you choose another idea, all this advice I ve obtained over the years might help still help you keep good habits.

Tips: Wake up 30 minutes before usual and do a 20 minute cardio exercise or go jog/run outside for 30 minutes.Eat 5 -6 mini meals day such as a slice of whole wheat bread with a tbsp. of peanut butter 1 cup of watermelon 20 almonds 1 cup of whole grain cereal or low sugar cereals that lower cholestrerol such as cheeriosTry to not eat after 6 p.m.Keep your sodium intake between 1, 000 - 1,800. Because if you consume much more you have a high chance of retaining water weight.Drink the daily amount of water need for you everyday. If you don t know how much water you should be having, divide your weight in half. Hope this helps and best of luck to you 3 Christina

to lose weight, you need to mostly diet. excerise helps a lot but its mostly about dieting. lay off the junk food. if your on a school schedule, maybe u can get 4 smaller meals a day instead of 3. have the extra meal when you get home after school. eat a lot of low calorie foods. a lot of vegetables and water. fruit or peanuts for snackstry to get as much exercise as u can to burn off the stored calories in your body fat, try to fit in about 30 minutes of exercise in your schedule everyday. riding a bike, walking, any cardio would be very helpfulthey say that losing 1 pound of body fat = a loss of 3500 caloriestry your best lol and good luck :)

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. Its a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

How to lose weight eating Navy food (Im staying at a barracks this summer) with other students who eat a lot? -

It s a little bit of peer pressure (with everyone else around eating a lot) and lack of healthy, low cal food!

It s tough I m sure Jessica. But you know what, if you re really sold on retaining your figure and not becoming slothful and stodgier from the revolting chips, gravy, pudding, battered food etc. Then you can do it. You ll find a packet of yogurt, some fruit, some salads there I m sure. Even going largely vegetarian can keep your weight down. If you really want something you have to learn to put up with things to get it. It s just life, you chose the Navy, so I guess its what you have to do.

Your best bet is to stay away from all the high carb food that im sure will be there. If you stick to mostly proteins and try to get some fruits/vegetables whenever available you should be able to lose weight. And im sure you ll be burning alot of calories during the day so you do need some carbs! And as always drink LOTS of water, take your weight and divide it by 2 and that s how many ounces a day you should be drinking at least. That will help flush out the fat keep your cravings for things down.

ummm, i don t think u need to lose ne weight...if you go like even 10 lbs under...u will be underweight!

I used to weigh 357lbs, now I weigh 193. How did I do it?There is a dietary supplement which addresses your specific concern, it worked for me! It s called RELACORE , besides being a great weight loss supplement it kicks belly fat butt, if you catch my drift! It also gives you a SERIOUS pre workout BOOST! Also, besides a every other day weight training schedule, ride a recumbent bike for at least an hour. You will be pleased with your results I PROMISE! Now, losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Guide to Dieting - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/dHealth, Exercise and Diets - http://straighthealth.comAs for exercise, start off on a recumbent bike and go at a low Resistance for 15 minutes a day, increase by 5 minutes a week and by the time you re up to half an hour, if you also follow the above advice you ll have lost 35 plus pounds and you ll suddenly have the motivation you need to lose the rest, plus you re abs will start to get that coveted 6pack look.!

exercise u will be under weight

Leave out the evening meal!

120 is a perfectly healthy weight for someone your height. If I were you I would focus on toning instead of actual weight loss. Try to get started on a strength training routine. Also, doing cardio activities like running, walking, and swimming will help reduce your percent body fat. If you are set on actually losing weight, don t go below 1200 calories per day or you ll wreck your metabolism, and possibly end up gaining more weight later. Good luck!

Shoot for 110 (your BMi would be 18.3). PLUS it would be feasible! You need to:1) do weight training 2-3 times a week AND run every day for at least 20 minutes, keeping your heart beat above 125 (you ll build muscles and burn fats)2) eat 6-7 times a day, each time around 275-300 calories (you ll speed your metabolism up)3) eat LEAN proteins (that will take your cravings away and produce more heat):You need to eata) SKIM dairy (excellent source of both high value proteins and calcium, which you need to keep your body LEAN)b) lean meats: chicken turkey fish and gamec) nuts soy tofu and oily fish (protein sources that also are sources of essential fatty acids which your body need to survive!)d) other sources of proteins: beans and legumes4) choose organic food preferably (has a higher content of essential fats, which keep you lean!)5) drink at least 2 lt (1 gallon) of water a day (help melt the fat) and green tea (help burn fat)6) use sweeteners rather than simple sugar7) use whole organic cereals, oat, grains8) take protein powders (whey after exercise and milk before sleeping) to enhance your muscular massPlease remember that different body types react in different ways to low carbs vs low fat... for example, for ectomorphs low carbs is a BIG no no... for endomorphs, low fat is a big no no, so do things accordingly.

drink lots of green tea and water and red tea,if your really hungry drink diet coke as it has hardly any cals, have mini cheeses with under 50 kcals...drink cold drinks, dont drink alcohol(lots of cals) sign up 2 a gym...walk everywhere or run...have low fat yogurts(under 70 kcals)look in the supermarket at the kcals in each food be careful to calculate how many kcals there are in a specific amount of food sometimes they try and trick you with the per 100grams crap when there may actually be 500grams!!..dont binge eat lots of small meals..sleep at least 7hours,dont eat dairy or cereal or anything like chocolate as it is addictive..drink tea with no milk and no sugar, dont waste money on diet pills or diet gum its a waste of money, dont go out for meals, dont buy food when hungry, dont take much money out if you know youwill buy food..weigh yourself once a week eat lots of fruit and salad, dont be jealous of people eating, they should be jealous of your willpower,..these are some tips i have found useful hopefully they will be to you too..

i don t know if this will help the fastest but try eating 1200-1400 caloiers a day, i ate 1500-1600 calories a day and i lost 5-8 lbs a week, and with that i exercised for 30 minutes to an hour, hour 1/2......don t drink any soft drinks only drink water, don t eat any chocolate or sweets.....whatever you don t go anerexic cuz you could die....even though you loose weight you are loosing the stuff your body needs to survive!

Without some basic physical excercise you cannot reduce weight. Simp-lest excercise is slow and deep breathing excercises. You please go thro the Astha channel you will see Ramdev pranayama progrannes. Many people have benefitted especially in weight reducing. This will defenitely help you.

Drink 10 glasses of water and 3 cups of green tea a day. The green tea will make the wated you drank flush out your system quick so you will be going to the toilet often. Run in your neighborhood for 15 minutes in the morining and 15 minutes in the evening. Dont eat after 7pm. Get a proper good night sleep. Also eat alot of grilled chicken as this would make you lose weight faster. Do eat anything fatty, fried or sugary.

No more starving, pill or execise. This plan can make you lose 9 lbs. every 11 daysFor more detail, pls visit http://www.fatloss.toponegoods.com

walk walk walk....kool it with chain restaurants and cook at home...um drink 10 cups of water a day...and the best way is to awoid packaged food....if u can make then go that way instead..also try not too eat too much sugar...its turns into fat

if you can t exercise, don t want to spend money and don t want to see doctor i will give you the scenario to get it done. to lose 60 lbs you need to burn 210000 calories ( 3500 calories = 1lbs of fat). for adult female( average 2000 calories per day) you can lose that much calories in 105 days without taking any meals. but unfortunately 105 days is not a short time. so it won t be a good a plan even if you manage to stay alive while ruining your body.

Walking is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspl

excersize for an hour a day and DO NOT EAT SUGAR!!!!

if you get in to the throw up routine be very carefull because once you hit one point, you ll have a shitty life for ever, no you wont just have un healthy organs, youll be like ******* up and cant eat this and that at this amount and eat this type of food everyday and this amount and ****. BAsically to lose it really fast just eat fruits, vegetables, and a little meat for protien, and just any time you can substitute driving for walkign or biking do that on top of exercising every day, you could lose it in two weeks if you do it hard core probably.

DO NOT starve yourself, unless you plan to do so for the rest of your life...which you can t.when you starve yourself, your metabolism slows down, so your body can adapt and live of what it has.but when you starve yourself you ll feel like crap! and overtime your body will stop functioning properly because of the lack of energy and nutrients.so you ll want to eat again. but with the slow metabolism from the starving, you ll eat like normal again and your weight will increase quickly.so don t starve yourself, alrighty?i m done my part, i hope others can help you.

Does anyone know how to lose weight off your bottom and thighs? -

I am a small girl, 5 4 roughly. However, lately my eating habits have gone haywire and I have put weight on but only around my bottom and my thighs, both are now huge and out of proportion. I have changed my diet but will the fat go away in time, or does anyone know any techniques/exercises to drop the weight.Thankyouuu!!

squats and running

DO low weight squats and a bunch of them. Pretend there is a bucket underneath your bottom you want to try and put your backside as far into the bucket as possible then come back up. do like 3 sets of 8 or 10. Good Luck.

Squats and lunges are a girl s best friend! How do to them? This website will show you...http://www.changingshape.com/exercise/di

Weight Loss Help? -

Is the cyrstal light stuff like drinking water. Its the powder you just put in water. Its not really crystal light, its the off brand you get at walmart, and it just says sugar free cherry, it has no calories, no sugar, or anything, but it says it contains phenylanine, is that bad for you?I drink water, i just dont drink 8 glasses a day, is this stuff like drinking water, becuse i know i drink 8 glasses of it a day. Also, does drinking vinegar and warm water help with weight loss, ive heard that and it sounds stupid, but does it work?Any other weight loss tips??-----FYI- im on a healthy diet, getting all the nutrients i need, and i get alot of excerise.-------

only a lot of water no additives, fish or chicken only , veggies and fruits, and more smaller meals thought out the day Not a lot of crabs (starch) your body will transform starch into sugarno coffee, juice, pop, candy etc. Its on how and what u eat cardio at lease 2 hrs runningU have to sacifice everything if u wanna lose the weight

Crystal Light is bad for you look at the ingredients then research them. You will find that you will never want to drink it again along with anything that says diet on the package. What you should drink instead of vinegar is lemon and ginger water it tastes much better and you might even be able to drink all 8 glasses. If you have mint leave crush them for more flavor. I make a pitcher every day and have no trouble drinking the whole thing.
