What is a good natural diet plan? -

Dont tell me any kind of pills or gyms or weight loss programs just healthy food, when or when not to eat, stuff like that. TY!

just eat your fruits n veggies, drinks lots of water, and do cardio! at least 30mins as often as you can. but at least 3 days a week. also eating small meals through the day keeps your metabolism going strong!do your cardio in the morning then eat some lean protein (or get a supplement shake, or protein shake) like eggs...etc this will jump start your metabolism.also, fibre!! bran flakes!

ve been on my own weight loss program for about six months. Last year I really freaked out how obese I was, and vowed to loose 100lbs in one year. I eat less calories, eat healthier, and work out; I ve lost nearly 60lbs since May. Currently, I have plateaued out, and am losing a wee bit of my drive. Do it naturally. Pills are temporary fixes and most contain ingredients that either get you jumpy, nervous, or heart problems. I never heard of Hoodia but if you just want energy do Ephedra free products like Xenadrine and Hydroxycut.

I started a weight loss program like....2 months ago. I am taking supplements, eating very healthy, and exercising 4-6 times a week...and i have GAINED 7 POUNDS!!!! WTF. Is there something wrong with me. I am a female that is 26 and i weight 168...well now 175!! I HAVE never ever weight this much. weight lose programs arent always going to do it. I went by a diet i found, and i as well gained weight.I was 158, went up to 165, and then just started taking walks randomly around the block, eating healthier, and smaller portions of things i knew werent good for me and Im now down to 149.Im still in the process of losing weight, but i believe the natural way is an easier way to lose weight.

have you ever thought that you might have a medical problem and are you eating over 2000 calories a day if so stop and you should be fine. eat 6 small meals a day. do not over eat or skip a big meal. exercise the way that you are doing it and if you eat more because you think you lost a lot of calories or weight STOP it does not work that way. and when you start dieting your water weight gets messed up because you eat in smaller amounts and workout more or do not. please contact me if you have comments or questions.

Healthy weight loss question? -

everywhere i look, i see people mentioning, 8 lbs a month, 2 lbs a week, is the MOST you want to lose. I understand the whole crash diet thing and all those other ways to lose weight fast dont work in the long run, but ive got a question. ive lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks of june so far and am planning to lose more(hopefully) ive done this not by crash dieting, ive been drinking more water, working out at the gym 6 days a week, ive got an EXTREMLY physical job, where i work unloading trucks for UPS about 20-25 hours a week, ive been walking/running 5 miles a day, and then on top of all that, everyday i try and play basketball or rollerblade.my calorie intake is never ever ever below 1200, the so called starvation line, i usually take in 1900-2200 cals a day... on good days(days without any splurging)so is my weight loss for this month healhy? i dont want to gain it all back, but i dont feel like im doing anything wrong. any advice?

Congratulations. I don t think that you are doing anything wrong, so long as you don t just stop all your excersizing once you have reached your target. I think such guidelines are put in place to ward off crazy dieters as opposed to something people should worry about if they are losing weight in a sensible way, just like you are.

As long as your getting the appropriate types of food, you should be fine. There s nothing wrong with losing a lot of weight quickly for a little while, as long as you re getting the right vitamins, minerals and enough calories. Generally it s not healthy to lose that much weight that quickly, but different people react differently to exercise and dieting. You sound fine to me, but if you are really concerned just consult your doctor.

it sounds like you are doing everything great, i think it should be fine you will Plato soon and not lose anymore weight unless you were really over weight , or you are just doing it the get healthy? muscle weighs more that fat so don t be mad we you stop losing weight , just inches:)

Im going on vacation on sep 18 and as of today im 199.. Well i would like to loose as much weight as i can in the remaning days .. this is what i plan on doing..Eat only fruits and veggies plus some complex carbs and protienDrink 100 ounces of water and green tea.EXERCISE 3-4 HRS A DAY THAT INCLUDES-Doing interval training for an hourdo gym group classes which r very intense for an hour and strength training for an hourAlso i have a weight loss supplement called lipodrene which has ephedra in it i plan on taking that.I m looking for some serious answers here from people who have lost a lot in a month. sounds like you re getting a lot of sugar.i would cut the carbs in half and double the protein.reduce the fruits,, add an extra vegetable serving.protein should be around 175grams a day. i wouldnt get more than 60grams a day of complex carbs though until your diet is over, then switch back to a normal 100carbs a day and maybe reduce the protein to 150
