HELP! Im overweight and need to lose weight fast!!!? -

I NEED to lose weight! I m overweight and I need a way to lose weight! Im begging for help right now!. What are the best exercises to melt away pounds. Especially in the thighs. And I know that I need to watch what I eat, are there any specific foods that help you lose weight, please any ideas or thoughts or personal experiences would be great!!!Anything at all :)

You just type in your gender, height, age, calories a day you plan to consume, and how much exercise you get and it tells you how much weight you ll lose by a certain point in time. I eat lots of soup because its fillilng and is low calorie. I have also started drinking 8 glasses of cold water a day which helps me fill fuller and helps me lose weight quicker. The word overweight spells out varying things to varying individuals. It s a good idea to set off at the beginning, and determine if you are really overweight for your size or not, by computing your BMI (Body Mass Index). The best way in my opinion is to, eat healthy, regulate your calorie intake and focus on cardio training such as, running, cycling, swimming etc.... basically anything that raises your heart rate. It may seem like hard work at first but after a few weeks it will get easier and you should start to loose some pounds.

ever wonder why theres SO MANY different diet plans? its because none of them work. its too hard to resist the food you love so much, basically eat smaller meals and exercise. this is seriously the only way. my sister used to be 13 and a half stone (she was 14) and she stopped eating so much and had smaller meals and went out with her friends everyday and walked everywhere instead of getting a lift off our parents. simply exercise! its more effective and the weight drops off you! its quicker so you see the difference quicker and makes you want to loose more so you exercise more. good luck(:

Here are the five steps that I use and worked after all 3 of my babies to lose between 30-50lbs.1. Water...100oz at least2. Portion control (skip the seconds and eat 5 small meals a day instead)3. well to burn fat sit ups jack knifes if you don t know what these are google and food well yogurt watch witch ones you eat though vegtables like corn theres a juice called v8 and it has almost every veggie it s good if you cook it and use it for chille with some meat with it and beans make sure the v8 is hot and you can put whatever you want in the chille

well for me personailty i walked everyday for around 20 minutes or i used portion control on my food ate healthy ..skinless chicken ,veggies,lots of water an i lost 60 ponds in about 2 months..good luck to you i know you can do it if you just set you;re mind on it and stick with it..

you will definitly have to jog, eat better, lift some weights ( start out low ) and then progress, and if you can get a boflex the really help
