Im not hungry, but should i still eat anyways? -

im somewhat on a diet, but not really, just trying to lose a couple lbs but not much.i diet healthfully, i dont deprive myself of anything. but one of the weight loss tips thing was do not eat until your full, eat until your satisfied and ive been following that, and at the moment im not hungry at all. but i just counted up my calorie intake for the day and its only about 700 calories which is under the healthy minimum calorie intake.im not hungry, but should i still eat something anyways so my calorie intake for today will come up to 1200?

I would not eat at this late but tomorrow eat more.

Yeah it s not like the end of the world, but I think it would be good to get a couple of extra calories in. Maybe try something you enjoy that has a lot of calories like ice cream! Enjoy your self cause obviously you are not eating much at 700 calories at 11pm, so go ahead :D

No, you shouldn t eat because you might get into a habit of eating when your not hungry and that could lead to extra weight. Don t eat anything else today but make up for it tomorrow and eat more calories then.

You re more likely to gain weight if you eat after 9:00. I would have a light snack because 700 is a little low. It wouldn t kill you not to eat if you aren t hungry, but it s whatever you feel like.

Don t eat that late in the day, unless you re not planning on sleeping for another hour. Your body won t have time to digest your food. And if you re not hungry, I wouldn t eat.

if trying to be healthywuth it and gain weight ad on sum muscles then yes you shall eat other than that it s a big no no

i agree with silly girl.

How to lose weight before Spring and Summer? -

I m a young teenager, and I weight 113 lb. I m not satisfied with that weight, and I want to lose at least 10 lb. Please give me a very detailed descriptive way to lose weight, I want to get fit before Spring and Summer, thank you!

To lose weight (fat), include more fibrous slow digesting carbs, as opp. to the fast digesting ones. No white breads, fast foods, sodas (not even diet) no ketchups, sugar, only skim milk, not 2%, skim and whole grain non sweet (sugary) cereal, whole wheat bread, maybe buy some soy or whey protein.Include lean meats like ham, and other sources of protein. Avoid red meats. Take a multivitamin, calcium and vitamin d every 2 days, one or two V8s a day (or every other day). Don t starve, eat small healthy meals. A lot of small meals opposed to a few bigger ones-- make sure is has at least 8-10 or more g of protein, not too much protein because the body can only digest a certain amount at a time; and avoid too many fruits, carbs and sugars. Fibrous veggies, greens (no starches or potatoes) are good, and no BBQ sauce (unless used sparingly) and not too much (if any) salad dressing. Before bed (2 hrs), eat something with protein, don teat many carbs before bed. Eat some of that good cereal in the morning, you need quality carbs, just not too much, and the slow digesting ones.Do slow crunches until you can not do anymore, jog stairs (be safe though), warm up first and do sprints, short bursts of intense activity is very effective compared to long weak activity, just don t over do it. Also include some slow but long endurance jogging. Be active!Jog stairs ;and also do some lunges until it burns, do this every day or 2 days, keep going and don t give up, same with eating, you need some fat, so one or two fish oils daily.Eat fish (not fried, be careful, very careful for bones) Peanut butter on whole wheat (no jelly), which has protein, and dont worry about the fat in that. Avocados, has fat, good fat; eat it when your hunger cravings get you. When you do crunches, also twist on some to work your sides, keep tension on your abs. Need more info, go to bodybuilding.com

Well, to loose weight around your stomach and waist avoid eating saturated fats and anything greasy. Do abdominal exercises: sit-ups, and there is a really good exercise, you lay down, extend your legs and lift them up 10 cm, hold it for 15 seconds and rest. Start with 5 repetitions, increase repetitions according to your abilities. Do 3 series a day.For your waist this exercise will help:lay on your side, lift your leg up and put it back down, these are called Scissors because your legs are like scissors do this quickly and do the same with the other side, also start with 5 repetitions. This will help, but to have deep curves it takes more than exercise and diet, you have to have it in your blood, its genetics, so don t be disappointed if you don t get Jessica Alba s figure, accept yourself the way you are! Good Luck!!! Bye!

How to lose weight before the summer? -

I m 5 7 and weigh 130lbs. i need to lose some weight, would ideally weigh 110lbs, and have little will power and am in a boarding school and so have little chance to diet, since everyone is around when you eat and i eat too much food and cant go running - there is no time. if i ate an apple for breakfast and salad for lunch and a cup a soup for dinner, would i lose weight? are there any celebs i can look up to who are skinny? lindsay lohan?

You do not need to lose weight. Your ideal weight is about 135 to 140 pounds.

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks - 5 Quick Tips: Hide the temptation: clean out your refrigerator and pantry. Get rid of all fatty foods and sweets. Always eat breakfast: eating a good breakfast, makes you eat less throughout the day. Stop skipping meals: eating 5-6 smaller meals instead of 1-2 big ones can boost your metabolism. Get a good night s sleep: according to medical research sleep deprivation can induce hunger. Start weight training: for every pound of muscle your body burns 50 extra calories a day. Training with weight a couple times a week for about 15 minutes, should be enough to build muscle.

Why do you want to lose weight you are at an optimal weight 110lbs would make you under weight.

Um im 12 and weigh 86.7 and am 5 2 and im kinda wantin to do the same thing if you find anything out please tell me :) 3

I don t think you need to lose much weight - certainly not 20 pounds. I think that is too thin. My daughter appears to have a healthy weight. She is 15, 5 foot 7 and about 123 pounds. You might want to tone your body while you lose fat. So as you gain muscle toning and strength and lose fat, your weight will change some but don t be too concerned on the number. If you can walk 30 minutes per day (even in 3 10-minute intervals), it would help.I think 1 piece of fruit, a couple servings of vegetables and a processed soup with lots of sodium is NOT enough food. Your body will think it is starving itself and will slow your metabolism so that you burn fat more slowly. You need to eat to boost your metabolism.. particularly in the morning - so don t miss breakfast, it s very important.Celebrities are in the business to look good. Their careers will suffer if they do not keep up the images they portray so don t compare yourself to any of them. Love yourself for who you are with all your little flaws and blemishes. You are beautiful; you just need to accept yourself. It s great you want to exercise and eat healthy. But do it for you so you remain a healthy person.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Weight loss tips? -

Does anyone have anything that helped them lose weight? Please dont be rude

EXCERISE. THINK B4 YOU EAT. CHECK OUT HOW MANY CALORIES THE FOOD YOU EAT HAVE.

eat small meals through out the day exercise and it is said green tea helps to boost the metabolism

this article will show you yr weight mass index so you know around the weight you should be and some weight loss programs too

The best way to lose the weight is by eating six small meals a day. Watch what you eat and how much. Good snacks are rice cakes, cooked rice with a bit of cinnamon, or just plain cereal( not sugar coated). Eat small portions. Stay away from pill, liquids and other quick weight loss schemes. In the last two years Ive lost 53 lbs. eating right. Oh yeah, make sure you exercise at least 3 times a week. Nothing strenuous but at least get moving

Eat healthy vegitables salads drink lots of cold water your body burns calories warming the water before it can break it down. Do an hour of cardiovascular excercise not including everyday walking. Don t stop eating but limit urself espeacily the sugars starches and ftaing foods. Natural sugar is o.k found in your fruits and such. There are drugs to raise your metabolism but remember you have to stop taking the drugs eventualy and your metabolism will slow back down. Loosing weight has to be a life change.

dont drink soda if you need the caffeine atleast switch to diet same taste 0 calories and try and avoid juices high in calories. drink plenty of water nt only is it calorie free i is pretty rereshing

Hi, I ve been helping people stay healthy for a bit more than two decades (20 years) and I can tell you that losing weight requires a combination of both exercise and caloric restriction but with a proper nutrition balance. If you want to lose weight in a healthy manner, keep the following in mind:1) Check with your physician to be certain that you are physically able to reduce your calories and increase your exercise habits safely.2) Make certain that the calories you are eating are as balanced as possible. Finding out how much protein, carbs, and fats your body needs on a daily basis can really help keep your energy levels high all day long. The #1 reason my clients tell me that they ve stopped dieting or exercising in the past is because of low energy ebbs. Also remember that you may need supplements to help things along.3) While exercising (before, during, and after) be sure to consume enough water. The key is not to be thirsty (overtly) during this time of exercise.4) Adding weight bearing exercise (i.e., lifting weights) will help to tone your body and the thermogenic (fat burning) effect will last long after you ve stopped working out -- even if your workout is simply walking).5) Remember that you ll probably hit plateaus (times when you ll stop losing weight) several times during your weight loss progress. This is completely normal and is only temporary but it can last for a couple of weeks at a time. It is very important to remember that even if your scale isn t showing progress, your entire body is being positively effected by your efforts.6) Measure different parts of your body (neck, upper arms, lower arms, chest, abs, waist, belly, butt, thighs, etc.) and do it accurately. Write these measurements down and check them once every 2 weeks. This will help you remember that your body is reducing all over -- not just in one particular area. If you re weight training you may actually notice a slight increase in some areas of your body (don t worry -- if you re a woman you won t start looking like a bodybuilder).7) Keep focused on your end goal and concentrate on losing maybe 1 pound a week -- sometimes you ll lose more, sometimes less. As long as it s an average, it s okay.8) Lastly, remember that you re doing a WONDERFUL thing for your body.Keep up the good work. I ve worked with hundreds of people in the past 20 years (mostly women) who have lost (individually) HUNDREDS of pounds safely. Better still, they ve kept it off -- Kay lost over 350 pounds and has been at her goal weight for 7 years now.As for what to take, that depends entirely on what your body needs. Anyone who suggests that you take something that works for everyone is either confused or deluded. For example, if you had a twin brother or sister your bodies could react completely different to certain supplements or foods on a metabolic level. If you want to learn more about what you might want to take you can visit my site (below).Any questions, don t hesitate to write and ask.Lonnie Honeycutt, C.N.C.Your Health Is My Concernhttp://www.betterlifetoday.com

eat lessdo exercisesdrink lots of watermake routine walk except from exercisestry to stop drinking a lotand also don t drink too much coffeewish you good luck

Weight watchers all the way!!! Thats how I lost weight after I quit smoking

Cut out carbs and sugars!!! If you do this, and exercise, I guarantee it will work!!! I have already lost over 30 pounds

HEREs what helps me. CUT back on the following. FATS-SUGARS-CARBS- WHITE FLOUR-salt-BIG MAC+frys and donuts. FRIED chicken, chicken nuggets, Oscar Meyer LUNCH ables 4 kids.SUGARY cereals. PROCESSED meats.Canned soups.--------------------- do eat fresh fruits + veggies. LEAN meats. WHOLE wheat breads. I cut out candy--chips--snack foods.i went on a 1800 to 2000 cal diet. check with your DR ok before starting any diet. BUT MINE put me on the 2000 calorie first then i went down to the 1800 calorie till i reached my goal. DRINK 8 glasses of water a day too. BTW i lost 100 pounds and exercised some .

eat less calories, burn more calories - it s that simple. eat healthier foods - if you can t then eat 1/2 of what you usually eat. burn more calories by taking stairs instead of elevator, park far away, go to the gym, swim, etc

Drink a pint of water before you eat - it will fill you up and make you eat less.Eat slowly - it takes your stomach 20minutes to realize it is full.Exercise more in the morning - it kick starts your metabolism.Get atleast an hours exercise every day.Do aerobic exercise as well as any other type - it helps to tone you more.15 minutes of skipping with a jump rope is the equivilant to 30 minutes of jogging.Make an exercise plan and slowly increase the work load.Choose something you enjoy or do a viriaty of different exercises - if you get bored, you re more likely to give up.Make a diet plan. Plan what you are going to eat for the week so you can keep it ballanced and also keep track on what you re eating.Thinspiration - stick a picture of your idol on the fridge, so that everytime you go to grab a snack you ll see the photo and it ll make you think before you act.Good luck!

dont eat late at night.. especially after 9and make your portions smaller.. and eat small meals periodically during the day . dont eat three large meals, because when you eat periodically, your metabloism is working and going faster to burn the calories. finally, dont just eat when your bored, eat when your actaully hungry!!

STOP EATING YOU PIG

You need a good combination of aerobic activity and resistance training combined with a healthy diet.It is not recommended to lose more than 1-3 lbs a week. If you want to lose weight the correct and safe way that will stay off for the long-term you need a good exercise and nutrition plan.A good program looks like this:Always warm up and cool downMuscular strength endurance-you need a good resistance training program that includes exercises for all muscle groups(hips, chest, upper and mid back, legs (quads and hamstrings), shoulders, lower back, upper arms (biceps and triceps), calves, forearms, abdomen, and the gluteus maximus).Your intensity should be 70-80% 1-RM or 8-12-RM, 8-12 reps, 1 or more sets, 3 times a week for 6 weeks or more. You should begin with 1 exercise for each major muscle group and make sure the days you do resistance training are not consecutive meaning you don t exercise the same muscle group two days in a row. As you continue your program you can add more exercises, add weight, and change up your program to include more days or just work specific muscle groups on specific days. As your muscles grow stronger you will be able to reduce the rest time between each set. You should rest for about 30 seconds between sets. Muscle is metabolically active and therefore when you gain muscle it burns more calories and helps to raise your metabolism.If you do not have money for a gym membership or do not have acess to one here is a great website to create a work out plan only using your body weight.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exerciseYou can also search for all kinds of exercises that use weight.Cardiovascular Endurance-this is where you can burn fat the most and that leads to enhancing your muscles such as the abs. You need to include a warm-up and cool-down. I have an extensive answer on this section if you would like to read ithttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;Body Composition-this includes your body fat percentage, bone frame, as well as how much muscle you have. Most people focus on only weight, but you should not put as much focus on that as much as what your body fat percentage is (get it tested at an exercise facility with skinfold calipers). You should also get circumference measurements done. This includes your neck, shoulder, chest, waist, abdominal, hip (buttocks), thigh (proximal), thigh (mid), thigh (distal), knee, calf, ankle, arm (bicep), forearm, and wrist. You should be able to do this at a gym. You should get all of this information done before you start your program and then you can see how you improve.Flexibility- Most people do not even think about this, but it is very important because it helps to prevent injury and it helps you to perform every day activities. It also has an effect on all your other programs. You should perform 10-12 flexibility exercises every day. Slowly stretch the muscle to a point of mild discomfort but not necessarily pain. Hold stretch for 10-30 seconds, and do 3-5 reps for each stretch. This should take about 15-30 minutes per session. If you do not have time to do this every day, try to do it 2-3 times a week.You have to make sure that you eat right and that means following the food guide pyramid. I have another answer that discusses thishttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;

Weight Loss Tips...? -

Hey! I m 14 am 5ft5in and weight about 138. I carry my weight well but still have some flub I d really like to get rid of. I ve already lost 50 lbs. so I know what to do and I d like to loss 20 more. I was just wondering if anybody had any weight loss tips and fun ways to exercise. Thanks a bunch!

The best way to lose weight is to firstly take care of your metabolism in make sure you are eating breakfast, lunch and a smaller dinner, and never to snack after dinner, this is the most important part. Make sure you are getting at least 1 hour of exercise a day, like walking or jogging. Personally walking is better as it is less strenuous on the joints. In the beginning if you are not used to walking for an hour, start of slower and less distance and as you feel comfortable, progressively make the walk longer ect.Make sure you are not eating mcdonalds or other fast foods more than once every week, and eat lots of vegetables and drink lots of tea!Stick to the above and you will notice a change! Goodluck

Weight loss tips..? -

i m thirteen, 5 3-5 4, and 120 pounds. i know i m not over weight, but my stomach is nowhere close to flat (not exaggerating at all) and my thighs are big. i just want to burn some fat. what can i do? i HATE running.mostly because i can t do it. i m fine with almost everything else.i love doing stair steppers.could that help?

Try dancing or dance classes if your looking to tone up your body and swimming. On lazy days I take out my HipHop Abs DVD and groove to that I ve received amazing results from this.hth

stair steppers will give you a nice behind..if you re not worried about your weight, only about a couple problem spots, try some light weight training as opposed to killing yourself with cardio. Toning the muscles in your thighs and stomach will not only make those areas look slimmer, but muscle actually burns fat, even when you re asleep! If you ve got questions about how to go about weight training the right way, let me know!

The key is to stop eating sugar and complex carbs. I struggled to try and lose weight for six months but got nowhere fast. I discovered the no flour no sugar diet and it has changed my life. To find out more visit: www.crawldog.com/loseweightnow

Weight loss is really ridiculous nowadays. I mean, unless you are CLEARLY overweight and you and everyone around you acknowledges it, why does it matter if you loss some weight?
