omg its so hard not to eat but im trying to slow my meals down and not eat as bad and as much. i exercise almost every day doing sports and everything but is there anything i can do? Drink a lot of water. When you get that craving drink down some water and that will fill up your stomach for the time being. When you eat don t eat until you are full, that is what is hard for me but it works, then drink water and you will be fine. Eat small meals around 6 times a day. Good luck
