Not just weight loss tips but how to be healthly. Also could you give me web-sites?

don t ever go on a diet!!!!!!! my mom tried for a month and instead oof losing weight she gained more weight.....the best way to be skinny is to excersise.....its normal and simple...maybe try some dumbells! that ll help...it helps me! when you are fressh in the morning 1st thing you should do is stretch...have a healthy meal....yes you can eat junk but try to eat junk only once or twice a month! look if you go on a diet you hurt no one except yourself....so in a week atleast excersise 3-5 days....its also upto you if you want to excersise everyday....it may be helpful! just don t forget to drink lots of water....water is the best liquid! being healthy would be eating like apples......look even though i may be young....yes im a teenager but from my life experience i know enough about losing weight.....i eat smart start healthy heart...astonishing! just lose weight by your norml everyday schedules.....LOSE WEIGHT FEEL GREAT! :D and remember, yes you can eat sweets....SOMETIMES! also try the weightwatchers.com website :D mand rather then walking inside..the best way to excersise is excersising in fresh air....outside air helps a lot!

yes I have been on a diet for 2 months and lost 30lbs.All I did was make sure that I had the 3 meals but they were small and then had 3 snacks. I stopped the pop, for breakfast I had a special K bar a fruit, and yogurt low fat then I would have and apple or something low fat then I would have lunch a lean pocket just one and like pretzels or Pringles(they make then fat free and are good)for dinner I would eat something lean and watch the fat grams,keep portions small. If you take in under 40 fat grams a day you will lose weight. For snack after dinner I would eat like sorbet very good and low fat.When I first started I took in 15 fat grams a day and this is all I did.

for weight loss you do NOT need to diet, just walk alot to lose weight. Running will not work. When you run, your body sucks energy from your emergency energy sources because it thinks you are trying to escape somehing. walking will burn fats and . carbs to help lose weight you can still eat the way you normally do (unless you are a canible, then you should go to a therapist. dont eat the doc, talk about your problems)-Ron

have you heard about the bean ? i know im sounding like a commercial ad but it truely works. i`ve lost 25 pounds in 3.5 weeks. thats with eatin less fast food. anyway sure you might have toexcersice but as someone told me nothing taste better than the way it feels to be thin! so go girl :)

I used to weigh 417lbs and I ve lost over 200lbs. One thing you should do is cut your calories in half and switch from sugary juices and sodas to water, Diet and I like Propel fitness water(grape)......calorie-count.com is a site that has calories listed on fast food and store bought food...it also has calories you burn during different activities...Good Luck

First eat at least one fruit for breakfast and if you crave sweets just eat a banana which is sweet but healthy only have three meals a day and if you want a snack just chew gum it helps your hunger. Also you cannot expect to lose weight without exercise so just exercise everyday for about 15 min. that will do. NO PIZZA, HOT DOGS, OR HAMBURGERs! hope this helps:D!!

eat filling foods like peanut butter, whole grain pastas, salads (no calories) and there are many more... you can also work out but that will just make you build muscle which will increase your weight but helps you loose the excess body fat. so you should diet and exercise it will help you alot!

Eat healthy.Don t eat carbohydrates, they are energies. If you do not do much acitivity then please avoid carbos! But lets say you are going to excersise, then eat some carbs for energy - but you need to burn that off! eat healthy. work out every other day for an hour to two hours. drink lots of water. and dont forget to strech! oh and eat smaller proportions than what you do now. but dont skip meals. you must eat one to two eggs every morning.

Eat a 200 calorie breakfast to start ur motabolism. (make sure most of those calories arnt from fat, though.) Then have fruit, or a small salad for lunch. Skip dinner if possible. If you re just so hungry you cant handle it, eat jello or cellury, something like that. Good luck!

seeing how im over weight ( im almost 16 5 7 and 164lbs) and so are my friends we thought that we would start going to the gym 3 days out of a week after school and work out and try to get in shape and i was wondering if there are any weight loss tips anyone could tell me so i could maybe pass to my friends.

Hi,I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then.A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Okay:) You have to workout at the gym for an hour or two. You have to start eating low cal foods. If you burn 1000 then just eat 500. You will lose alot of weight. trust me. eat healthy stay off the bad foods that wont get you thin
