How can I lose weight? Please Help!? -

I m 16 yrs. old, 5 2 and weigh 180 lbs. I want to lose weight but cannot seem to find the time or the energy. My school work is very demanding and I usually spend late nights doing homework so the next day I m too tired to exercise. How can I fit in exercise into my schedule and how can I get my energy up? Also would you recommending me getting a personal trainer? Is there any teen weight loss programs I can join? I live in Coral Springs, FL.

Personally I think you d be better off not worrying about your weight. 148 pounds isn t huge. Teens are under too much pressure these days to be skinny. Just chill out a bit. If you really want to lose weight, just cut out snacks, but don t miss out on meals.

try hydroxye cut (i might have spelled it wrong) you can buy it at your local wallgreens. i heard it works amazing.you also have to eat less and healthy. you also need to excersie. hope that helps =D

i eat pretty healthy, excersise a lot... go to the gym and work out, and i dance but does anyone have weight loss tips please? like how to get nicer abs too?

I have lost weight by cutting down servings, not going back for seconds and giving up sweets and less carbs. Drink more water and less or no sweet drinks. My activity includes walking 3 or 4 days a week along with other activities and sports which include exercise. I did not lose fast but in 2 months about 7 pounds. Good luck and stay with it.
