What is your favorite weight loss program? -

Do you like nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, or something else?

I ve done WW and it really works. The only thing I found hard was staying within my points.Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig both cost a lot of money. I tried Jenny Craig and it was $100 a week...to expensive for me.

I ve done weight watchers and it works really well. Really teaches you about portion control. You can have anything you want as long as you eat in moderation, so you don t have to deny yourself the things you love :)

Any realistic weight loss program will incorporate some kind of excercise. Take a good look at the Biggest Loser program.

Its called WORK!! get off your sorry butt and get a labor intensive job. Stop watching tv, take bike ride instead, do pushups instead of stuffin chips in your mouth and lastly stop smoking the weed it makes you hungry which makes you fat same goes for beer. So the best program is to stop being lazy and stop eating like a cow.

All good weight loss programs should recognize the importance of exercise. This is the program I follow; and am having excellent results from eating according to the program and exercising 6 days per week.http://www.drfuhrman.comhttp://fatfreevegan.com/etl.shtml

Weight Watchers works really well, is totally sensible and includes fitness as part of their plan. It s a great way to get the tools to lose the weight you need and keep it off.http://www.weightwatchers.com

How to lose weight quickly? -

I need to lose about 30ls in about 45 days anyone have any help?

Just read this one todayhttp://njgazette.com/31yo-reveals-her-seNot sure how old you are or if it will help but figured cant hurt.

The most important component is exercise. Make yourself do several aerobic exercises each day increasing the amount each week (or however long you feel you need) and distant exercise (running jogging) is good too. Then just remember to include healthy foods (lean meats, fruits, veggies) and reduce the amount of carbs (bread, cereal, pasta, sugar) you take in. All this should result in a large amount of weight loss as long as you keep strict to it.

oh that s not that hard to lose weight but it all depends on how motivated you arecut the juice and sodaworkout for an hour arounddo not eat after 7have 6 SMALL meals a dayeat healthydrink alot of water like everymeal when you wake up when you go to bed or just when you want a drinkdid i was eat healthy?well here are your tools so go use themgood luck

Drink only water and lots of it. Every time you eat, eat only half of what you usually do and eat slow it will make you feel full alot faster. Whatever you do dont starve yourself it will slow your metabolism down and thats what burns fat, and of course jog or do some kind of exercise.

get into a training program

work out late then just go straight to bed, no food afterwards...

run and drink lots of water
