How to lose weight fast? -

ok heres the deal im only 16 and i need to lose weight fast my prom is in 2 months and i got my beautiful black dress in and its to small.So what can i do???

You have to work hard for this. Dont crash diet pleasee, u will look like a corpse, do u wanna look like madonna on ur prom? ok iam kidding lol. Anyway u have to drink lots of water and cut down ALL FATTY FOODS for the next 2 months, its a military regime. U can brisk walk or jog or use a treadmill... join a gym or a neighbourhood exercise group. Eat 2 meals a day whatever suits u, i hate the breakfast thing everyone says is so amazing. I personally hate breakfast cuz then i worry that i stuffed my face first thing in the morning. I eat a very moderate lunch and a very moderate dinner too... moderation is the key. On some days u eat less and on some u eat more, the days u eat more, work out for 20 mins extra. U have to keep working out, no diet works without good exercise... unless u wanna gain all ur weight back on after ur prom.For food.. have lots of protiens (eggs,boiled/grilled chicken) so u have energy, AVOID CARBS (u can have it once in a while or else u will binge one night). DO NOT EAT 3 HRS before u sleep and keep drinking water. Also pls avoid chocolates and sodas and all those sinful things. And i have a nasty thing i do..i eat ice sometimes to curb hunger lol. Its wrong but it works lol... pls dont bash me and call me anorexic cuz iam NOT lol.Good luck .... ill answer more when more things come to my mind :)

I m 15, 5 6, 160 pounds, i don t consider myself fat because of my height. but i do feel big in a way. i wear xl shirts and size 11 pants. so i want to lose some weight before the year ends. any possible ways of getting a flatter tummy, and thinner legs.?

eating healthy is always an option but eating healthy isn t going to do anything without exercise try buying a jump rope and jump roping for about 20-30 minutes every other day or so, it gets your heart pumping and is a safe way of loosing weight (be careful not to over indulge in exercise, because that isn t healthy start out no more than every other day, 20-30 minutes a day then slowly increase over time) since you are not over weight it will be harder to loose weight.

I m 16, 6 tall and 76kgs. I have moobs[ so sad :( ] and some belly fat. I also have close to no muscle( well, prominent ones anyway) How would i lose the moobs and the fat as well as gain muscle? Is there an effective workout/diet that i can use?
