There are ways to making yourself appear more slim by wearing darker colors. I assume you re a woman so I would suggest Capri pants preferably black. Capri s make your legs look longer and slim. Or wear something pinstriped. Wear a girdle to push your stomach in. Also try a layered straight look for hairstyle wearing it turned in toward your face. Well everyone has a six pack , the problem is the fat on top of the six pack doesn t allow you to see them. To loss 1 pound of bodyfat requires that you burn 3500 calories above and beyond your body requires for the day. i would exersize everyday except sunday (you have to have sunday off :] ) and watch what you eat. if you want good abs, focus more on your stomach exersizes then.get lots of protein, but watch your carbs.

30lbs in 4 months sounds achievable. I think if you try cutting about 500 calories from your daily intake and get 20-30 minutes exercise at least 5 days a week.

first thing....you need to be healthy!!! You can make yourself look smaller with the type of outfit you wear. Try a skinny jean with a low cut longer shirt that is fitted in the waist or has some kind of belt or tie on it. Have fun and don t worry about your looks so much.
