I wanna lose weight fast. Does this sound like it will work? -

if i follow this for six days, do you think ill lose weight/how much?Day 1: drink waterDay 2: drink waterDay 3: eat up to 2 pieces of the same fruitDay 4: eat only 1 piece of fruitDay 5: drink waterDay 6: eat only 1 piece of fruit

that may be a little dangerous , you should not stop eating , but , eat less when you can , still have all the basic meals a day you normally would have ,and simply eat healthier things =)

If you are still alive after 6 days Im sure you would have shed something like 3-5 kilos. Please tell me if this works for you as Im trying to lose some weight as well and need to hear success stories.

no, your body s metabolism will become drastically slower. After those six days, whatever weight you may have dropped you will gain back relatively quickly.

yeah really you will be in the hospital for being so skinny but if you are willing to go through the pain and the feeling of throwing up and always being starved you will shed those pounds off like magic im not kidding some people can eat nothing for 1 day and lose like 5lbs

Starvation will cause weight loss.It also causes other things that you may not want. You ll be spacy and irritable because your brain needs carbohydrate fuel to function. 6 days of starvation probably won t cause much permanent damage, but you won t lose all that much weight either. Bear in mind that some of that weight will be muscle, since your body can only convert so much fat per day before it has to start cannibalizing muscle as well. That s why its a good idea to lose weight gradually.

Yeah, you ll lose weight. You ll also probably pass out and wind up in the hospital. Just hope you don t hit your head on the way down. That would suck to get a serious head injury for vanity s sake.

You shouldn t just jump into a diet like that, it could make you really sick. You will lose a *little* weight, but trust me it won t be worth it.

I need a diet that works and that is also kinda fast. i want to lose about 80 pounds by next september and everyone is telling me it will be almost impossible. HELP ME PLEASE !!!

hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me....
