Teen girl weight loss program? -

i m meg and i m using my boyfriends account. so i m 16 years old, and soon i ll be 17. i m going on vacations this summer with my family and another family to florida. i m overweight. right now i m about 150 and we re going in mid june. i would really like to loose 20 pounds. and i think that s realistic since we re leaving in about 14 weeks. it s not like i sit around all day doing nothing, because i am strong (i m kinda a stocky build) and i play soccer. it s just that i m uncomfortable with the amount of body fat that i have. so what are some healthy ways to loose weight? right now it s lent so i m trying to limit my sweets that i eat, but sometimes i just get these cravings. so would having something like a slim-fast that s chocolate or Vanilla flavor for breakfast help with these cravings?

it s hard but join a gym, eat small portions and work out regulary. i m sure you ll be ready for your trip to Florida by june!

Whats the best way to lose weight quickly? -

Do you want to lose it quickly? Or do you want to lose healthy and keep it off? If you lose more than 2 lbs a week it is very unhealthy for you and chances are the weight will come back with a vengeance ... and then some! If you are interested in keeping it off please do it in a healthy way. Count your calories, exercise daily, eat 5 fruits and veggies daily, drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day. If you do these things you will have a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of your life which I think should be the ultimate goal.

How quick is quick? If you lose weight too fast then it might not stay off. Usually you want to lose approximately 2-5 pounds per week. Continue to eat moderate portions and exercise consistently.

Good excersize, dieting plan for 19 year old? -

I weigh 145 and im 5 7. I want to lose 20 pounds, 30 if I m lucky. I never excersize and i realize that is going to be the main way i lose weight. I want to lose weight by May, or the end of may. Can someone please give me some tips on what to do to lose weight quickly? i know i have to eat healthy, but excerside tips? i just began hula hooping because i heard it was a great work out. Any suggestions? i need to lose this weight, im going on a cruise this summer, and i want to be able to walk around in a bikini and feel comfortable. This is the biggest ive ever been in my life. The Freshman 15 rears its ugly head.Just get in some regular exercise...and intensive cardio workout will do. You can look them up online. Make use of the school s fitness center and do intervals on the elliptical machine. Better yet, use the track and do some running. Whatever you do, don t get tempted by that dining hall food. Most of it is terrible for you. It will take alot of willpower to resist the temptation but just think about how great you ll look and feel in a few months.

eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water and get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. you can do just about anything for exercise. any movement that gets you breathing harder will help burn calories. go for a brisk walk, ride a bicycle, clean house, go swimming, take aerobics or rent a DVD, put on some music and dance!
