Which makes you lose weight fast and tone you?- Sports (ie. Basketball)- Exercise- Dancing- Eating lessPlease let me know because I m getting alot of love handles and need to lose it fast and tone up my arms and legs fastt..

Healthy low calorie diet and exercise. (Running drops pounds fast!!)

diet is 80% of loosing weight...the other 20% is excersice.i would say eating less would make you loose more weight.

all of the above.i heard swimming really burns alot of caloriesthats if you do the strokes, etc. for like an hour.
