How to lose weight for a thirteen year old teen? -

Two words. One sport. Volleyball!

You shouldn t just not eat, or anything like that, bcuz thats dumb, but instead eat until your 8/10 full, so basiaclly don t eat lyk its thanksgiving. Don t overly stress calorie counting, just eat healthy. get some greens,fruits, lean proteins. as for excercise, run once around your block, then in a week, twice around the block, then make it your goal to be able to run around the block 3 times without stopping. 3 times around the block is roughly 1.5 miles. have fun with it, just stretch too. make sure you don t pull anything!!! I mean the most difficult thing about losing weight is starting, and not giving up. !

Change your diet, eat more alkaline foods, some exercise and refrain eating junk foods.You should eat to live not living to eatbuy some product that help to lose weight and drink plenty of water because when you are on diet a lot of toxins are released to the blood stream, if you don t drink water all that toxin will be accumulated some place of your body and serious illness will happen to you in the future

If you live an active life style, like you on a sports team or something then a 900 cal a day diet or less would greatly help and take a one a day weight smart pill. this is not a diet pill it just increases your metabolism and gives u vitamins.But if u live a inactive lifesyle, then a low carb diet of 20 carbs a day or less will help.No matter what u do eat healthy everyday of the week except give ur self one cheat day a weak. this will help!!!

not to worry about it...your gonna gain more weight, but you ll think out...it s exactly what i did and it s exactly what my nephew did (not blood reltated)...he used to be the chubbiest thing you ve ever seen...and now he s like a freakin rockstar hottie....mann sometimes i wish we wernt related...he s a year older than me...lolanywho, just dont worry, you ll thin out as you get older

Try eating less food; always go a little bit hungry. And exercise, exercise, exercise. Get plenty of exercise that will burn up calories and get your body moving. Get checked by a doctor before beginning any strenuous exercise regimen

Eat healthy, I am fourteen and I tried running and it wasn t for me.. I am only 100 pounds but not a skilled runner.. Just eat your vegetables and replace those potato chips with an apple or some other healthy treat.

How to lose weight fast? -

okay so i want to lose like around 10 to 15 pounds hopefully by august or before theni m 5 8 and 120 lbs and people say i m really thin. but i feel lik i ve gained a lot of weight in the past 2 years. i m supposedly naturally thin, but oh well.i ve started replacing my drinks with vitaimin water and just regular waterwhat other steps do you suggest i take

I have done it all! I do not recommend losing fast, but Slimfast is the best way to do this. Eat a salad with chicken or other meat at night and 2 slimfast meals a day. I am 46 and have done a lot to maintain my great figure. How I do that now is by eating small meals that contain highly nutritious foods like fish, meat, eggs, veggies, fruit, oils and dairy. And, I excercise a little everyday (15 mins). fruit for snacks. Never eat junk food like chips, soda, candy, rarely eat baked foods.

Oh my goodness. Seriously, seriously, seriously, if you are 5 8 and 120 pounds, you do not need to lose weight. If you were previously thinner and maybe your clothes are fitting a little tight, then if you must take some weight off it should only be around 3 lbs. You are already underweight and any doctor would advise you NOT to try and lose weight. I think if you want to start eating healthier, that s wonderful, and adding just half an hour of exercise a day would give you changes in your body (firmer, more toned, etc.). Underweight = Less than 18.5 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater If you lost just 10 lbs your BMI would be 16.7, even lower than the BMI at which most anorexics are forced to be hospitalized. 15 lbs would put you at 16.0. At this weight you could actually be straining your heart.Please make a wise decision, for your own health!Also, you may not realize it, but sometimes too thin is not really very attractive. You ay have gained a little weight over the past few years, but have you ever thought that you might look better noe than before? Every woman looks good with a few curves, and I can guarantee you don t have rolls. LOL

don t drink vitamin water! it will make you gain weight, actually.just stick to water for when you re thirsty, and add lemon to it if you want some flavor. other steps, just go walking or running a few times a week, and eat lean, healthy meals.

Medifast is a great way to loose weight quickly, I lost 5 pounds the first week i was on it. It takes a lot of effort to do it but it work fast. Good Luck!

5 8 and 120 sounds really thin to me. maybe you should see a doctor before you start to lose anymore weight. You could have an eating disorder.

Im getting a little but pudgy around the sides... i want to know how i can lose a few kilos fast without going on a fast ... becoming anorexic/bulemic or going on a detox... help??

Calories in calories out = weight loss. It s that simple. The diet plan that works is shooting for one to two pounds weight loss a week through balanced diet including sensible carbs, low fat, lean protein and maintaining your calorie output and muscle mass by regular (and by regluar I mean at least thirty to forty minutes at least 3-4 times a week) exercise which can be a combination of cardio and light weight lifting. Start by calculating your caloric needs by googling a caloric needs calculator and a calorie calculator to find out how much you burn exercising. Start with that calorie amount and reduce it by about 100 calories every one to two weeks until you see one to two pounds loss every week. This will maximize fat loss and the exercise and protein intake will minimize your lean muscle loss. Good luckPS - Fast weight loss at rates greater than this can stress your body and cause lean muscle loss in addition to fat which is not desirable.

drink lots of tea everyday.... maybe 4-5 glasses of tea a daydrinking of tea will result to LBM which is goodyour trash in the body will be gone and you ll get slimmer!!! NICE ONE!!

You don t want to drop weight too fast or you will gain it back fast, plus some. Try to aim for 1-3 pounds a week. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. These are primarily water based so they will fill you up faster. Also lean protein (like boneless/skinless chicken breast) will help keep you filling fuller longer. And don t be afraid of staying away from carbs. Carbs actually give you energy. But stick to whole wheat carbs and whole grains. Like if you like rice, don t have white rice, have brown rice.
