How did you lose weight fast? -

If you lost a lot of weigt quickly, please share your secret.I know diet and exrcise are necessary, but I am hoping to ramp it up!

I m currently doing a low carb - high protein diet. I also have a gym membership. I have lost so far 45 pounds within 2 months.this is a diet that you really have to stick to because you can lose interest fast. Basically eating meats, eggs, fish, chicken(not fried) and drinking water...i enjoy crystal light with my water. i work out at the gym everyday, excessively. it was very hard at first because i normally don t work out but after i had my daughter i hated the way i looked. i have a friend who comes with me, it keeps motivateded. when i work out, i have a routine of going on the weight machines, bike, eclipse, then back to the weights, and after i swim. i started with 10 laps and every 2 days increased them. now i m up to 52 laps. i make sure i do this and complete it, no matter how tired i am. swimming is the funnest part of my workout. at home, i walk with my daughter at least 2 times around the block. I hope you can find a friend/diet/exercise routine that works for you. i think that hardest part is staying motivateded and sticking to a diet. when it gets tiring and tough, just keep it going. it will get better and easier.

do what i am doing only count your carbs, keep the count below 60 but not less than 40 per day. meaning read labels, get a carb count book ( at the library, walmart, bookstore) eat as much of meat, cheese, eggs, green salads(lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, celery), use real dressings, no fat free or low fat stuff,you will lose at least 5 pounds per week, and that s without exercise! have a sweet tooth get sugarfree jello and a dollop of real coolwhip, diet sodas, unsweet or add splenda to tea and coffee, and drink at least 5 bottles of water a day. you can add any surgarfree drink mixture or tea mix to them if you don t like water, just count your carbs. go ahead check it out, and pass it on. Loosing weight fast is not healthy, just try to get back on the band wagon. Excersise daily and eat a healthy balance of the four food groups.
