What is the qickest way to lose weight? Please i really need help.? -

hey im a 14 year old girl and i weigh 185lbs. but im 5 10 so im tall. it doesn t look like i weigh a lot but i need to know a way that i can lose weight FAST. so please if you can help please help

Wow dont even try those pills, your only 14 years old, you shouldn t be putting diet pills in your body at that age.Personaly i lost 10 pounds in about 1 week easy, i was around 165lbs 5 7 5 8.
