I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. You re 13, so I wouldn t stress about losing weight. Really. Keep yourself active. Don t spend a lot of time watching TV or playing video games. Play sports, go for walks. Make healthier choices like eating fruit instead of chips or cookies for snacks. Limit your sugar and soda.

Hmm...5 small meals per day. Don t eat a lot of calories... You should at least exercise for 30 min. per day. Don t overdo it and push yourself though! You can do this!!!On the days when you don t see any weight come off, measure . Lots of times that will happen,no weight comes off,but the inches do! That s what counts. also,pick out one day of the week when you can eat anything that you want for dinner dessert ! That way you will not feel deprived. try to find a way of exercising that you like. In addition to some of these other answers (there are some pretty good ones..I voted foir all the ones I liked)Here is a dieting routine I have given to a few other people, I will give it to you also. Stick to the food pyramid, I know it sounds childish but it really works.1st eat breakfast...even a little bit and within an hour of waking up...this raises your metabolism first thing and will help you feel better throughout the day. Now eating breakfast will actually make you feel hungry before lunch. So make sure you have some healthy snacks with you to munch on through out the day...and you should snack...this will help keep your metabolic rate high all day (thus burning more calories and making feel like you have more energy). Next, limit your intake of high carb foods at dinner, unless you are preparing for a sports event the next day. After dinner you should stop eating at all until morning, unless you are way to hungry (then you should have ate a little more at dinner knowing that you shouldn t eat until breakfast.). Eating very little carbs at night, and nothing else till morning forces your body to use stored energy (fat) to perform it s natural functions. Night time (sleep time) is very important for your body. That s when it reapirs itself and assimilates all the things you ve done and put into it for the day (including knowlege)...so it is very important to sleep a good amount of hours every night. And try to keep a regular sleep schedule (as in go to bed/wake up at the same times regularly). Working out is always the best and most effective choice. You don t have to work out -a lot- but you can always work out in small increments everyday or 20 minutes every 3 days randomly through the week. The key with losing weight while working out is always keeping in random, always making your body guess so you can burn that fat. I would also recommend eating less, avoid fast food all together. I eat 2-3 meals a day and I consider a meal 2 eggs, a small side of homemade hash browns and perhaps 2 sausages or bacon as a breakfast. And sometimes that seems like too much.Also, the most important thing about losing weight is -STAYING COMMITTED!- if you don t then you defeat the whole purpose of it. Please just do it! You don t need me or someone else...wake up in the morning grap your gut and run. Wake up again do sit ups and push ups and run again...Why do you need someone else they will just weigh you down with their own needs. Eat light, exercise, and everything else will fall into place.

You need a lot of self-discipline to lose weight. The best way to do it is to join a club, such as Weight Watchers or Slimmers World, where you can go along and meet with others in the same situation as yourself. These clubs are very competitive, and should help you. I have friends who have been successful with such clubs, but what you need to remember is that when you ve lost the weight, you still have to have a certain amount of self-discipline to maintain the weight loss. You don t mention how tall you are...so there is some question as to whether or not you are already at your proper weight. Also, are you big boned? (Not a joke.) Easy to stick to? That s where you get into trouble. To lose that much weight, you have to change your entire way of life. You can t just do this one thing which takes five minutes, and magically become thin.The best things to do are to be active. Get outside and stop watching TV and playing video games all day. Go for walks and find activities that you like that involve you on your feet.Try to limit how much beer and soda you drink. That s a ton of calories you can eliminate easily.Drink more water, eat less fast food.Do that, you ll be all right.

exercise and reduce calories, especially in the form of carbs. no need to go crazy with carbohydrate restriction (i.e., Atkins), but just be smart with your choices. eliminate the refined carbs, and stick to natural, healthy ones like oatmeal, potatoes, etc. i ve never been fat, but since i eliminated processed foods from my diet, i ve never felt and looked better. fruits, veggies, fresh, lean meats. That s the key!

OK- I can definitely help you- I m 14, was 160 lbs at 13, now am 115. Tips:1. bread- stop eating it. you can on occasion, but, for example, instead of butter use olive oil and spices2. meats- stop with sauces. only eat lean meats, and instead of burgers, go for chicken sandwiches. try catsup and mustard instead of mayo or dressings3. snacks- its OK to snack- in fact, its good for you (lets you eat smaller meals) try cutting up an apple and putting peanut butter and honey on it. it is good, curves the sweet craving, and is good for you!4. dessert- its OK in moderation. try a sugar or peanut butter cookie instead of the ice cream or brownie. and don t eat too many5. if you have a dog, take a walk with it every evening. it clears your mind, gives you exercise, is fun, and helps bond with your dog too!6. eat at home more / pack lunches- this is pretty easy. food that is mass produced has more fat/carbs. so try taking a good pb j. and if you must eat out, go for a salad w/ vinegrette or a Subway sanwich7. sandwiches- tuna, chicken, or any lean meats are great! also, good old-fahioned pb j s are still great too!8. drink more water/tea- Sodas are bad for you, and only make you hyper. also, hunger cravings can also be being thursty. drink before you eat, and you will eat lessthese are all pretty simple things, and I really hope they work for you! good luck!

If you really want to look into it, read this book called I can make you thin by Paul Mckenna. It helps with emotional eating and teaches you how to eat when you are hungry, not when you are just bored or stressed. You need to listen to your body and only feed it when it wants, and you need to learn how to stop eating when you are full, not bloated. I really recommend it. It s easy to follow.

Just start with eating healthy- fruits, vegetables, lean meats, etc. Don t eat any junk food, or sodas. But drink lots of water. You need to stay hydrated. If you feel hungry drink a bottle of water, if your still hungry after wards eat something. Eat smaller portions throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. When eating out you can get a salad, grilled chicken, anything healthy.You need to exercise too. You can run. If you aren t in good shape start with running small amounts, and build up as the weeks go by. If you hate running you can swim. Its great cardio. You can also think about weight training. Lifting weights builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat. You should add crunches, lunges, push ups, etc. to your workout. I normally dive 2-3 times a week and went out 2-3 times a day 4-6 days a week and lost a lot of weight while eating fried tacos everday! I m now saying you have to scuba dive (or eat fried tacos) but do 45 minutes of exercise 2 times a day at least 4 days a week and read the labels of what you eat. you can lose weight. just increase your activity. There is no way that you will lose the weight that you want to on this diet . You MUST exercise. The best thing you can do is simply watch what you eat... you will lose weight faster if you have 6 small meals a day rather than restricting your intake which in turn slows down your metabolism. Make sure you drink tons of water and gatorade to replenish yourself to avoid dehydration from the exercises. The absolute best exercise you can do is running. Start out walking and running in intervals until you can just run without walking. Be leary of so called diets. Even if you lose weight from a diet alone you will most likely just gain the weight back as soon as you stop.
