soo i weigh 120 pounds last time i checked nd im a 13 yr old girl. im a size 3 1 in jeans but i want 2 lose just like 5 pounds so i can fit perfectly in size 1 jeans because i feel that my face is a lil bit fat...how can i lose about 5 to 10 pounds? thank you

The healthier way i think is best, by just eating the right food, you know, plenty of fruit and vegetable s, not to much carbs or chocolate or sweets and that. Looking in magazine s help s too, there s loads of thing s you could do. Personally i don t believe in them silly drinks replacing food, cos you re body needs it.
