LIPODRENE is the strongest diet pill I know of without a prescription. It has ingredients that have been proven to encourage weight-loss and real hoodia gordonii to suppress your appetite.

Dear curious george. There is no fast nor magic pill to lose weight.Anybody with some extra pounds will get very anxiuos to lose them in a jiffy. There is when the psoblems arise.Have you had your thyroid checked recently?Has Your appetite increased for some reason (nervousness, depression etc),or none at all?The first answer would be a proper diet (adjusted to your age and activity)I know, the answer may be very corny, however, siet pills have sometimes, serious side effects, and the selection of that, has to be tailored on individual basis.Over the counter pills like mephentermine, ephedra derivates, and naphazoline, can cause high blood pressure, headache etc.(addiction sometimes).More effective are prescription pills (mazindol, amphebutamone, etc) however with all of them without properdiet l however with all of them without propr diet and exercise, there will be always a rebound in your bodyweight, no matter how strong the pills might be.Check it with Your doc,,,,I know what I am talking about.Yours sincerelygarfield526

Be sure it is 100% Hoodia not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangsyou MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa. If I stop eating wheat all together how long will it help me lose weight faster? -

I m 5 5 1/2, 146.5 pounds, 28-281/2 inch waist, 39-40 inch hips. I ve just started going to the gym three days a week and working out for 45 minutes. I m not fat in the least, but I am over weight, I was thinking that 130-140 pounds would be right for me, what do you guys think?

First off, if your not fat then being over your ideal body weight is not a bad thing, its usually good and means your athletic have have some muscle. Don t try to cut down muscle. Maybe you want to lose some fat that you have to look even more lean.To answer your question now, when you say wheat that is such a big category and it is essential to a healthy lifestyle that you would be worse off cutting out wheat. One thing you can do is eat only wheat that is 100% whole wheat or whole grain nothing with enriched wheat and such, these are the ones that make you gain weight. Things like white bread and pizza crust. So dont cut out all wheat

Eat all u want hunn...just excercise! Stop being lazy and quit blaming food. Cut down on certain foods especially Trans -fat foods if needed, but don t stop eating. You gotta use your gym membership for it to be effective dear..get off your butt!!!

Actually, you are not even overweight. You can weigh up to 152lb for 5ft5 1/2. And your measurements sound perfectly fine. I mean since when is a 28 inch waist a health issue? So I would just concentrate on toning up and not worry so much about the weight. If you want to lose a few pounds, that s fine but don t get obsessed about it because that s not healthy.I m sorry if some previous posters have made you feel you are overweight, but they are just clueless and ignorant. I m telling you from a medical point of view that you are fine.Take care : )

dont stop eating because that would make u anerexic and that can kill people

you are not over weight, are you crazy. going to the gym for toning up is just enough.

LOL!!! I am 5 5 1/2 too i was 147 and am now 130 b/c i cut out all processed foods, carbs, sugary drinks, sweets and work out everyday now (well 6 days now )!!! It s really about cutting calories I went down to 900 a day (to lose weight ) (which i don t recommend ) and was exercising. but there are healthy ways to do it ! :) Wheat is good for you, it s the white that s bad, white bread/pasta..etc... If you need your bread i recommend wheat 9grain or Ezekiel Bread (my fav) low glycemic index which is good!!! (and lower your bread intake to once a week if you can) Eat lots of fruit and veggies, drink water water water and eat a breakfast. I can even start my day if i dont eat breakfast. Eat small meals and if you need a snack grab fruit... Protein, is good too. I m a vegetarian but i eat fish and tofu and egg whites.. It s all about portion control, calorie intake (cut your cals to 1200) and cals burned. Try to go to the gym 5 times a week if you want to see quick results..i used to work out 7 days a week but had to cut it to 5. Not telling you this to tell you what to do, but just give you a little idea.. Hope this helps... Good Luck.

Will i lose weight faster because of my height? -

im 5 9 and im excersising to lose weight, but im just wondering, since im tall for my age will my height give me an advantage to lose weight faster?

HI, NO IT WON T MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT ANY FASTER, BUT it may be easier for you to lose 5 pds ( for example) than someone who is only 5 feet 2 if you both weigh the same amount. The reason is not because of your height, but because of what is known as the BMI, body mass index. The Body Mass index is a much better indicator of what you should weigh. I was tall for my age when I was 12 and I was dieting from the time I was 14 or 15. I wasn t fat ( looking back now.) but when you are a young girl it is easy to be influenced by media and the fashion industry. At my lowest weight I was down to 100 pds, and I still thought I needed to lose weight, though I really was a skeleton. This was an example of anorexic Nervosa, but when you are a young girl you dont allways do what is best for you. The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet, low fat, non processed foods, cutting down on sugar, fats, and empty calories.( candy, soda, cookies, cakes, chips, etc.)some fats are needed for the human body to function, but choose healthy oils llike Olive oil, nut oils, etc. Choose healthy meal plans, with protein choices like lean meats, chicken without skin, fish is excellent,( beans, legumes, tofu if you are vegetarian, )fresh fruit and vegetables, and lots of fresh watr. Exercise in moderaton, Take brisk walks instead of driving to and from the mall, or ride a bike to friends homes. There are tons of diet books out there and you can find all the information you need on the internet as well. All teen girls seem to think they need to be on a diet, and if you are eating lots of junk food, fast food, then you may need to adjust your diet, but it doesn t mean that you are overweight. It is better when you are young to not diet, but choose your food you eat carefully and exercise is an excellent way to controll your appetite and exercise will help with firming up and toning muscle. Also lifting small weights will build muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. you may weigh the same, but will fit into smaller clothes, because Fat is what takes up more room and is unattractive. Check on the internet site listed to see what your BMI is, and if it says that you are indeed overweight, then adjust your diet but work with a nutritonist or your mom or another adult to help you with meal planning. Lots of times, a simple adjustment to your diet, will help you lose pounds that have not been comming off. Don t be swayed by fad diets, and shows on t.v. about Models, those are unrealistic examples of what the Real Women and girls out there look like. It is much healthier to be a plus size that is healthy, than a size 0 who is anorexic and sick.Anorexia as well as Bulimia is not just a medical condition, but it is a disease and if caught early can save you a world of pain. If you learn to accept your body type and work with it and dress accordingly, you will be much happier than trying to acheive something that may be unrealistic. For example. A girl that is big boned and stands 5 feet 9 inches, ( your height, ) is very unlikely to ever weigh 110 pds.Unless you are grossly overweight, just keep up with your exercise, that is great that you have decided to exercise. Keep up with the exercises yo are already doing, and you will be in good shape before you know it. Remember to learn to love your body and not get hung up on statistics and numbers that insurance groups put on the old weight height charts. A much better indicator of if you are overweight or not and just how fit you are, is the pinch an inch test. If you can pinch more than an inch on your stomach, hip area or on the lower arms, then exercising witll tighten up loose flab and you will look much better in your clothes as well. Look up the sites listed below and good luck with your exercise program.

no

NO

no. it doesnt matter what height you are, different people lose weight in different amounts and at different paces

I m a little freaked when you say you re tall for your age. If you are still in highschool or below, and your friends tell you you don t need to lose weight, than you don t. That would be called obsessive.I don t think it will help you lose weight faster, but because you are taller, you probably have a higher metabolism than someone who is 5 feet, which means you demand more calories on a daily basis, which means you can probably eat more than the person who is 5 feet tall and not gain as much weight as them. It is though, probably easier for you to stay on track once you ve lost weight though, by eating correctly.

How can i lose weight FAST!? -

im a little over 5 feet. im 14. i need to lose 15 pounds. HELP.pleaseeeeeeee. i need to lose it by march. i also need to get a six pack. i know it will add weight to me but weight is just a number and i want to look GOOD. but i weight 96 pounds now and i need ideas on what i can to to lose weight, gain muscle and advice on what types of food to eat.

well first of all you do not need to lose weight...especially not 15 pounds!!! if you want to tone up try starting with an ab work out like 8 minute abs...do some walking or jogging....do some pushups or curlups.....just eat healty...do NOT deprive yourslef of food tho whatever you do.

Eat more protein than carbs, and try not at all to combine the two in one meal (leave at least an hour before eating protein if you ve just eaten carbohydrate).

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Beginner s Guide to Dieting - http://straightdiet.com
