Try Special K. Do not d any diet programs like wu-yi tea or acai berry. I dont know why people reccommend this stuff when we speciically tellthem that we are teenagers. IT says on the bottles do not take if u aer under 18 years of age. Anyway Special K is for anybody and add in lots of fruits and veggies. Cut out all of the snacks and limit your intake of red meat.

I don t know if you really need to lose weight or not but just to let you know that I am a parent myself and your parents may have genuine concerns that you will not develop an eating disorder. It might be a good idea to go to your family doctor who knows what your ideal weight should be and take it from there. Your doctor can guide you to the types of foods you should be eating if you do need to lose weight and also recommend exercise routines that will keep you feeling healthy.

I quit eating lunch at school (I never really did eat it anyway, though, because I m never hungry at lunchtime). I quit snacking and quit drinking soda as well and I lost 10 lbs. in two weeks. You could try joining your high school track team or something in the spring, too, or you could just run on your own. Running on a regular basis helps, though. :)

In Dec 2007, I was 190 lbs due to depression. (I was previously about 160 lbs before gaining all that weight and I m 5 6). I started eating healthy, quit drinking soda which I would drink all the time, quit eating fast food, started on Slim Fast - the blue box because it has low carbs, starting jogging/walking 15/20 minutes daily, and cut down on carbs drastically. I also drank lots and lots of water. By July 2008, I was 135 lbs - no joke. It was done all naturally. No diet pills, no surgery. I ve maintained the weight ever since. I lost the first 20 lbs within 4-5 weeks and then you lose weight at a slower pace but hey I lost 55 lbs total and look/feel great! Good Luck!

Stay away from those quick fixes. There is no such thing. They may work at first but after you stop using them you will gain weight back and probably more. (personal experience). Anyways, the best way to lose is through healthy eating and daily exercise. I am losing weight myself and I have lost 40 lbs in 4 months just by doing that. Make sure and drink a lot of water, not because it makes you lose weight but because it cleanses you out which in return makes you lose weight. As far as eating Moderation is the key. Well. I would use medicine as your last resort.I suggest getting a membership at a gym and perhaps a personal trainer. So lots of excersize. Also if you talk to a trainer, they will help you come up with a diet that will work for you.But also to prevent the weight from coming back, you need to deal with whatever caused the depression.I wish you the very best

Not sure how fast we are talking about. But to answer your question I have tried the Atkins diet and have found it to work wonders for me. I was able to lose 50 pounds in about 2 months. How ever results do vary and you may be able to lose more then that, i started seeing up to 6 pounds a week was shedding. Hope this helped and good luck.

Phentermine is the only thing I know of that really works, but of course, it s not safe or healthy. You just need to develop better eating habits, drink water only and exercise 30 minutes to an hour a day. Eat only whole wheat breads, oatmeal, fish/chicken, lots of veggies and fruits.

The best way to do it is to eat six small meals a day. Don t have these meals at a regular size or you re obviously not going to lose weight. Put the food on a small plate if it helps.The first thing you should do when you get up is to drink a cup of hot water and lemon to boost your metabolism. Then have one of your six meals. Ideally your first few meals in the day should be made up of mostly RAW foods as these are proven to help you lose weight quicker. It might sound weird but having a plate of fruit for breakfast and raw vegetables and salad for lunch and your afternoon snack is much better than cooked food. Also, fruit smoothies or juices are great and really fill you up.Later on in the day try and cram in some more raw veg but if you re feeling a fit fed up of the raw food then boil some green vegetables with some potatoes or brown rice and lean chicken or fish.Finally, CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! This is the best way to lose weight safely. If you can, start the day with a nice power walk (or jog). It will get your heart pumping and the fresh air will make you feel great. Try and go to the gym after work or go for a swim but most importantly do something that you find fun so you don t bored. Try jogging a few times a week, particularly at night if you re nervous about it. Also, don t try and rush it too quickly, the stress you get from failure might even increase your weight..

Fast on vegies and fruits. That will do it. Make sure you get rest while doing it. Your work load has to diminish so you dont feel tired. Start with no meat and dairy then stop the pasta then do just brown rice, then do the fruit and veggie thing. then to come off build back up slowly. You dont just want to fast all of a sudden. Planning is everyting when it comes to losing weight without hurting yourself.

Hi guys. Im 16 years old and 120 pounds. Im 5 5. I wanted to lose a little bit of weight, not much maybe 5 pounds or so and grow an impossible 5 inches. Nothing can make you grow taller, Sweetie. Your BMI is 20... very much in the NORMAL and healthy range. You are in the 35th percentile for your age; which is perfect. Really, there is nothing wrong with your body size at all! :)If you want to get more lean, cut down on *junk* foods, drink more water, and make sure you are getting plenty of exercise. Well, I m just 13.I was around 5 2 early this year. I started going to Jazz class starting late February. And in that class, we did so many stretches, they hurt a lot!!!! Over the summer, I had a HUGE growth spurt. And now I m 5 6 . My Mom is 5 6 and I m taller than her now..So I think that Yoga, stretching of the legs, and running will help you get taller and be more leaner..I know I m too young, but I hoped that helped!!

If you don t exercise, start a bit of aerobic exercise (jogging/running). Start out with 20-30 minutes 3 times a week, if you can.If you drink regular soda, switch to diet. And you can try to do sit ups or ab exercises.I don t know your body type/fitness level/healthiness, but you may want to tell you parents about your desire to lose a bit of weight. I want to lose weight from my thighs and calves. As i am a size 6 (u.k size) on top but a size 10 (u.k size ) on my bottom because i have big thighs. Walking and treadmill exercise are great ways to lose weight. I incorporated the treadmill into my weight loss routine along with taking desert burn hoodia and honestly the weight started falling off. It s simple really, if you control your appetite and are eating less and you exercise more it s a great formula to drop as much weight as you desire. What I liked best about hoodia was that I didn t feel like I was dieting. It took away my hunger and I didn t feel all lightheaded and run down like can happen when you cut back caloric intake. At your age, your body is still changing so don t panic too much about it at this stage There is plenty you can be doing to tone your legs up - cardio is essential in the first place so start running or swimming and make sure you do this regularly so you get into a healthy routine. Maybe 3 times a week for 20 minutes. Or ride a bike everyday but make sure you go faster than just a slow pace so you can work your legs. other exercises like squats are great and lunges but avoid using machines like the Stepper which can make legs appear more bulked sometimes.
