How do you lose weight after many surgeries? -

I need help trying to find a solution to losing weight. I have had two pregnancy s, 3 hernia surgeries, and one cancer surgery in my stomach. I have tried numerous weight-loss programs and nothing helps even if I stick with it. What else is there besides weight-loss surgery? I do not want to go that route..I m 39 and beyond ready to get on with my life.

I used everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I used acai berry. I know they say that pills won t work, but they certainly worked for me, and they ve been shown on CNN too. There s a free trial happening at the moment at http://pitars.easyweightloss2u.info , try it out, what s the worst that could happen?

A very amazing website that I recently found:http://www.dietitian.com/It is a Q A from a real dietitian. Also provides a great deal of insight into healthy weight loss. Many people demand 10 lbs a week weight loss. But many times its just unrealistic. I would recommend trying to see a dietitian because that is the healthiest weight loss you can get possible.Weight loss is really a lifestyle. Most healthy weight loss is around 1lb a week to 2lb a week if you want to go a little radical. Cutting a mere 500 calories from your diet (assuming you split even) or exercising an extra 500 calories is 1lb a week. It isnt too hard, but in the end works out for the best. Most fad diets end up just hurting you, making you lose muscle mass which in the end huts your more. Because muscle mass keeps your base calorie burning up. (could not think of the word)I would also suggest to not use pills, all in all there is no real pill out there that works. I would just save the money to see a dietitian because it works wonders. There are also websites that you can do for free to get pretty close to it.

my wife lost 55 pounds using this program she s now more confident than ever beforehttp://newurl.name/MedicalWeightLoss

how about.... i know this is scary but exercise... or you could wait for socialized medicine...but exercise doesn t cost the country $100000000

Anyone tell me about medifast weight loss program or medifast shakes diet plans? -

please suggest me as soon as posible

This is a low carb diet program. That means for 99% of users, it will end in failure and probably a big weight gain once normal eating patterns resume. The problem is that any diet that excludes any food groups will leave you feeling deprived and most people complain that the food choices become redundant and boring very quickly. It s not a program you can stick with for the rest of your life and, as I said, abandoning the diet, even for a week or so can result in alarmingly quick, unhealthy weight gain....good luck
