How can i lose weight fast? -

i am 12 and the school year starts soon it starts august 7th 2009. but like i said i aam 12 andi and 5 5 and i weight 130 but all my fat is in my tummy,and i would like to lose it. i would like to wieght 110 or in the 90 s. i dont care if i am going to b anerecseck. please and advise i will take it..!!!!!!!

best way would be to do cardio. The best exercise for losing your tummy is by jogging/running about 3-5 miles a day at lease 3 times a week.On top of that, you should do crunches after running to get more defined and possibly abs. Stay consistent and it will definitely pay off.Good luck!

Something you will learn as you get older is that being the skinniest person isn t the most important thing in life. With that said, I have always had luck with low carb. It is what most stars follow and i lost 7 pounds in 5 days. You eat no bread, pasta or potaotes. Also no sugar. You can have as much meat salad vegetables ( except corn) as you want. You can also have some fruit including strawberries. This is something that can really help you lose weight fast.

Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body.
