Do you think that if i stop eating i will lose weight faster than a regular diet? -

I am a bit overweight and I need to lose weight FAST! Please tell me if i should starve or do you have any other suggestions...

If you stop eating, your body will think it is experiencing a famine and will go into major calorie retention mode, just what you don t want.Better to eat at least 1200 calories a day, but not more than 1500 calories, but choose good calories, like vegetables and whole grains and lean proteins. Lots of fiber, as well, and fruits. Walk at least 4 times a week, at least a half hour a day. Drink lots of water, at least 64 ounces a day.

NO! Don t ever STOP eating entirely. It becomes an addiction and takes special help to get rid of and it can end in malnutition, fatal disease, or death. Proper diet and exercise is very important. You should combine the perfect amounts of diet and exercise because one cannot thrive without the other. Don t try out any fad diets because you lose your muscle and not your fat. I would suggest trying out Weight Watchers or another program like it. Eat healthy and don t stop eating carbs they give you energy, just eat less of them. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. dont starvejust try eating less carbs durring the daylike for brecfast hav scrambled eggs (0carbs)lunch have half a sandwhich and fruit with lots and lots of water (about 40 carbs) and at dinner just try to eat a bit lessand dont snack durring the day. except for inbetween lunch and dinnersometimes a 10 carb snack is good

well art, dont starve yourself, first cut down on all of the fatty foods in your diet including sodas, chips, breads, pastas, ice creams, cakes, ext. Leave your foods to lean meats, salads, veggies and fruits. Eat 5 small meals a day, a healthy breakfast early than a mid morning snack composed of a piece of fruit or yougurt or smth. Than stretch and do cardio for half an hour. Lunch,afternoon snack than dinner. LAst a run with weights when you get back
