Any diets that are going to help you to lose weight fast are harmfull, and in the long run will not work to keep the weight off. Remember those two key points! You didn t put the weight on fast, so don t expect to lose it fast. It takes hard work. But it is all very basic, and so simple. Just reduce your food intake, start by eating 1/3 less the size portion you d normally consume in a serving. You ll feel hungry at first, but as soon as your stomach shrinks, you won t feel the hunger any more. Secondly, you need to Exercise! You can do something as simple as a brisk walk daily for 20 to 30 minutes. Thirdly, you NEED to eat healthy foods, lots of fruit and veggies and whole grains. And Fourth rule is drink lots of water, close to 1 gallon a day! If you do this, you not only see the weigh come off, but it will stay off! As with a fad diet, the kind that promise to lose weight fast such as Atkins, are VERY unhealthy for you not only now, but your long term health. So be wise, and do it the right way. losing weight isnt fast and easy.if it was then everyone would be thin.sorry.its the truth.

Set your self a plan out. Do atleast 3 hours of excercise a week, the most effective in my oppinion wouldl either be cross country/track, or even simple push/sit ups. Also set your self out a meal plan. try to not go over 1500cals. eat lean meats, such as coldwater fish, turkey, chicken. Avoid sugary sweets, and carbs, these containg starchy fatty foods. You can either have you self 3 big meals a day, with nothing in between, abstinence is what people tend to call it. this tends to be quicker way of reducind fat.Or you can have balanced portions through out the day. about 5 i d say.Continue with water, youll also notice that in a week or so, your skin conditions will improve too! but to be honest, you have to put the effort in to ge tthe result out, good luck!
