How to lose weight FAST? -

anyone have advice about how to lose weight besides going to the gym and working out? (i do that already do that but since i want to lose a lot of weight i want advice about how to speed it up) any advice about what you did and what worked best for you thx

you should eat at least 4-5 meals a day.drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs also help when trying to lose weight.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, crunches, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

--- toning up ----It is possible. i think. if you REALLY try at it. just dont let any extra pounds get in the way.. just try light weights maybe..-- losing weight ---in the morning if you can wake up pretty early, thats when you have the most energy! drink a bottle of water plug in your ipod or whatever and listen to music as you run! -- thats my first step.Then you go home, eat a really healthy breakfast like fruit salad or something thats nutritonal. If you like Tacos? Ditch the hard shell, maybe try a taco salad.. without the shell of course! Lettuce with meat is good, but PLEASE try mixing it with turkey and beef so that it isnt all fat. Chicken salad is good, you want the protein but you dont want fried anything really, once in a while if fine but remember - YOU HAVE TO BURN OFF THOSE EXTRA CALORIES. Excersises excersise excersise. Stay away from starchy and high carb foods - mostly white things. Bread is a bad, so try to stick to thin, HIGH in fiber, slices :) you can google all the stuff and before you know it you will feel so good about it all and IM actually excited to start working out and all that, just because I know what it will do for me!

Try a combination of a carb free (or very little carbs) diet, daily exercise, and a workout. It will be hard because you will not be getting any carbs for energy, but my fiance has done it before and lost 10 pounds in one week. They key is sticking with it and not giving up, even when you want to.

Lose weight fast and easy?!? -

I don t want to lose a lot, just like 10-15 pounds. im not fat, i can just pinch an inch so to speak. I don t want to be super obvious and have people think im anorexic or anything, but i just want to lose weight quickly that wont take like 3 months.

Losing weight is never exactly easy, but this is what helped me. It s fairly easy and I lost about 5 pounds after I went on a cruise(I ate sooo much). Don t forget Cardio and Weight lifting - Toned bodies look better than starved bodies. 1st - NO pasta for dinner, only eat carbs before you re doing something physically demanding. If you don t burn it off, you ll just gain.2nd - Eat wheat bread instead of white.. 3rd - You have to exercise. Find something you like doing and stick to it. I walk my dogs and dance. I don t even feel like i m exercising.4th - Lose the soda! Drink water. Those extra calories really add up. If you drink a bottle of water instead of a sugary drink, you cut so many calories. Water is better for you.5th - Add more fruits and veggies to your diet. You ll be surprised how much better you feel.
