How can I lose weight fast? -

Hey I want a thinner jawline fast. lol So can you give me any ideas? Don t say any excersize machines please. :)

Run and have a walk after lunch and dinner. Stay in front of a computer won t help you! You should eat everything bu t not a lot. Don t eat too many sweet and fried food.10 points please.

If you re talking like 1-2 days, you have to basically starve yourself, and sweat it all out. Its like the fake way of losing weight, it s just temporary, but useful if you have a deadline to make a weight. If you want permanent results, change your eating habits and exercise habits long term, there s no quick fix.
