How many calories should I eat to lose weight fast!!? -

my goal weight is about 100lbs. I am 5 6 and weigh about 130lbs. how many calories should I eat per day to lose weight fast??

100 pounds at 5`6 is NOT a good idea. You d look, and be, too thin while looking unattractive (I m 5`6 myself and I weight 120 lbs).Aim for 115-120 lbs. You might want to eat between 1150-1200 calories a day to get at this weight while doing cardio for 45-60 minutes a day, 5-6 times a week if possible.Good luck

dont pay attention to calories. just say no to cookies, cakes, pastries of all sorts... no going out to eat and no chips!

Hi you should not go below 1000 calories a day and be careful you do not lose too much. You ought to seek professional advice like your doctor or a slimming club. Boots also give help although you have to pay.

i just started to do a fruit diet. almost everything i eat are fruits and non-fat drinks. but im always tempted by chocolates and candies i see in my house, now it ruins my diet. how can i lose weight faster without putting alot of effort in it?

Eating a chocolate or two every now and then is Not going to ruin your diet. Remember that you must treat yourself every once in a while so you won t pig out later on!

OK i have tried so many thing but i didn t see no results.But then my moms friend told me i should go to a doctor and ask then what i can do to lose weight and they said to eat anything BUT it has to BE 100 GRAMS each 3 hours eat but remember it has to be 100 grams and in the 1 or 2 months you ll see the difference.

What it does is blocks all the fat in whatever you eat, but be careful because if you eat to much it will make you have the runs. But exercise everyday, even if its just 20min. I already lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

lol...almost everything is fruit? good luck! im telling you, diets dont work and they are unhealthy.you should let yourself eat some candies, because if you dont, one day, youll be so tempted for some, that youll eat a whole bunch of it.u will lose weight with the diet your on (if u keep at it which i doubt) but as soon as u eat something else, youll gain the weight back and quick!

I am 16 years old and I m about 5 2 . I weigh about 130 pounds. I have a little belly and I wear size 3 in jeans. I want to get a flat stomach or lose maybe 10-15 pounds. I don t want to go crazy I just to look a little thinner. I know you need a picture to tell, but I don t have any. I can t exercise regularly because my mom won t take me to the gym, and she won t buy a treadmill. I just need an idea of what to eat and how to exercise at home so that i can achieve my goal by june. Thanks!

just eat things that you like in moderation. and do situps/crunches... you will mostlikely gain weight because of the mucles but your belly will get flat.. it will take about a month or two..

That depends if you NEED to keep it off or just for an event.Usually calculate what your intake should be for your ideal height keep to that intake. Not Fast but very effective healthy.For FAST: Cut your intake down to 1,000 calories (or less if you can do without the nourishment) till you get to where you want.
