I need to lose weight fast without a diet pill or diet stuff!!!? -

i need to lose weight fast! i don t want to do jenny cregg, pink patch, weight watchers or anything like that!!!! i need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks! please! i don t care if i need to starve myself! please please help!

sounds like you need to hit the bricks. literally. start running. OJ first thing, run 3 miles. high protein breakfast. after a light lunch, work out again with weights when you get home, rest your legs. drink lots of water. chicken breast for dinner. water for dessert. day two, repeat.the cardio right after you wake up will set your body s metabolism, the muscles from the weights will consume fat, too.

How can i lose weight faster? -

well im like 6 feet tall and i weight 180 and i been running and it seems that i dont lose weight and plus i only eat once a day. so does any1 know how i can lose weight faster?

running is a good start but i would not suggest eating once a day eat 3 times but a little less be consistent let your body know its getting enough carbs as for losing weight faster wear a trash bag when you run, spit a lot more, only drink water as much as you can all these should help i used to box and when i would need to lose a couple pounds fast this would really help

If you are only eating once a day that may be your problem. You need to keep your metabolism going by having at least a little bit of food every 3-4 hours. If you don t get the proper nutrients then your body goes into starvation mode trying to store fat, not burn it.

maybe you should eat less per meal 2 or 3 times a day,,,also increase your cardio by running an hour a day

if you drink a tea called herbal slimming tea you should lose 4 - 5 pounds in 3 days or so.

I need help too lose weight fast i am only 17? -

I know I sound like an old granny, but don t try to lose weight fast. To lose weight you need to use up more calories than you consume. That means you need to eat less, eat the same but better choices, speed up your metabolism and / or exercise. Buy a calorie counter book and write down everything you eat in a day. You might be surprised how many calories you re actually eating! It could be 2000, 3000 or more. You want to eat around 1500 or so to lose weight. You don t have to calorie count forever, just to give you an idea of how much you should actually be eating. You ll soon see that you can only eat small amounts of bad foods before your 1500 is almost used up, but you can eat loads of fruit and vegetables. Don t deny yourself the bad stuff, but make it a treat not a regular thing.Try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. If you can t do 30 minutes, do short bursts when you can. 5 minutes of ab exercises when you wake up, a few push ups at lunch, a 10 minute walk here and 10 minutes dancing at home there. Drink loads of water - you can actually lose weight just from consuming enough. The weight you lose will be water weight (from previous fluid retention) but you ll feel lighter and look better.Crunches, push ups, tricep dips etc (which you can do at home) will really tone you up and make you feel a million dollars. eat healthy. many people think that if they skip a meal its better, but then your body will crave things that you normally wouldnt. keep your metabolism up by eating lean chicken, fruits and veggies. foods that contain alot of water will fill you up. like watermelon and oranges. and as long as you do 30 min cardio 3-5 times a week you body will naturally lose the excess weight. But to be honest, your body is beautiful the way it is, big or small. make sure you lose weight for yourself and your health. your only 17 and your body still has not completely stopped growing. if you hurt your body now it can affect the way you will be when your body does fully develope.
