How can I lose weight quickly? -

so i am 13 and a little over weight. i want to lose my tummy. i really want to be in a bikini by next summer. I dance at dance davidson about everyday so it is not like i am lazy i really would like so help. and please no negative comments thanks!

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weightevenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight inspecific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they areyour problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will haveto work double on them. The best approach is this:1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normalweight, lower for overweight).2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.3. Target your problem areas with exercises.an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make surethat it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or youwill damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of yourbody back, until it s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second andmove it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week addto the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - sixpack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than thesecrunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results ATALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.

Weight loss program, i need help getting on the right track. -

ok, i know i need to eat less, drink more water and stuff. but i plan on doing that, but my main concern is exercise. I m too young to have a membership at a gym, and i can t afford a personal trainer. And I don t have any exercise machines at home. what can I do at home to exercise? my main focus is my belly, hips, and thys. any help? like I know i will need a schedule to follow, but I have no idea how to start, what time to start, what exercises to do first. Please help, I m so confused I also have trouble staying motivated and focused. Any tips here? thanks a bunch! =] o and i dont know if it s important or not, i m 15 in case it helps
