Effective way to lose weight fast? -

before you advise me ... im not trying to be healthy - i want to plummit in weight - yes it is stupid , but its what i want to do .So any ideas?

Do a colon cleanse, or take laxatives at night before bed. Don t do this for too long or your body will start depending on the laxatives and you won t be able to go without them. Be sure to allow yourself plenty of time in the morning to sit on the pot. Also stay hydrated. Seriously.

Double your water intake and do at least one hour of cardio every day for about a month, you ll lose it. And cut out junk food.

Work out - drink LOTS of water - eat healthier foods. Don t do fried. Try to keep each meal under 15 grams of fat. Lean Cuisines are pretty good because they re small and have less calories and fat. But you need to drink a lot of water, it ll help clean out your system. Normally the first 5 lbs you lose is water weight. Good luck!
