How can I lose weight quickly? -

You cant lose weight quickly, youre doomed to at least 1 year of counting calories, crying yourself to sleep, seeing food you really want to eat, and sadly settling for muesli or a half a piece of toast per day. This will last for about 3 days then your craving for real foods will start driving you crazy.....on the 4th day youll buy $50 worth of candy bars and eat them when no one else is around, and because you pigged out on chocolates youll start to hate yourself for it, which is going to result in binge eating on the 5th and 6th days.......and your scales are going to say youve put on 10lbs even after youve just taken the biggest dump in history, youre doomed I tell ya, youre gonna get so upset about your weight youre gonna worry and stay up all night tossing and turning, so much so that youll get hungry every morning at 3am so your gonna sneak out and have 2 plates of ice cream every night for 2 weeks and thats gonna shoot your blood sugar waaaay up over 30 points every night, and then the worst part is yet to come. Because of all the damned sugar you pigged out on, your pancreas will produce far too much insulin and this will basically cause you to black out or go into low sugar comatose state, By the time you wake up itll be the middle of next week and youll be so damned hungry youll eat everything in the house including your pillow and the cycle starts all over again. So face it fatty.......youre doomed.

Leave out all fried foods from your diet and buy a jump rope and use it everyday, seriously for like 20 mins. you would be surprised......and eat smaller portions.

the best weight loss is gradual, if you lose it too quickly your skin will end up being loose and stuff and that is gross looking, just start a diet exercise, do cardio, eat smaller meals more often to keep metabolism going, do crunches leg lifts, any core workout to get your body running. if you procrastinate though, that means say ill do that in a little bit or ill start tomorrow, it will not work, you need enough determination to right now put down the chalupa and get a salad with lite dressing, and right after get on the floor and do some crunches or eight minute abs.

hey, a lot of my friends (i m 20) have gone through being bigger at stages of their lives, it s totally normal! so don t worry, everyone s weight is always going up and down..the important thing is to be healthy, which means you should exercise, or play outside, do some sports now and then, be active for just half an hour a day, just do anything - jump rope - hoola hoop - play basketball, and you should eat healthily, make sure your parents are making good healthy meals for dinners - you know the kind - veggies, fish, chicken, whole grain rice etc.and don t try and cut out all junk foods because it s perfectly fine to treat yourself in moderation, you can eat whatever you like just make sure the portion size is small.and make sure you drink lots of water, rather than sodas..if you do these little changes, you ll notice yourself being fitter in no time!good luck =)also, for a workout that really works (i ve noticed results in less than a week!) here is the linkhttp://au.youtube.com/watch?v=sWjTnBmCHTYand there are 3 other videos you can get to from that link that target other areas of your body. Im 15, 5 4 , 120 pounds and I really want to lose 15-20 pounds. What are some exercises and how many calories should I consume a day? Im a vegetarian and I dont drink pop or eat any candy but I still cant lose weight.

im 15, 5 4 and i weigh 120 pounds too,and i m also a vegetarian!just jog everyday to lose your water weight,and you might have to start eating some meat.no more then 2000 calories.i used to weigh 95, and i went up to 120 afteri became a vegetarian, because of all the carbs, the pasta.eat more fruits and maybe 50g carbs a dayits hard, but since you ve been a vegetarian,maybe it s not as hard to stick to a diet.

Is it possible to urinate frequently when on a weight loss program? Am I losing water not weight? Thanks? -

Well if you ve started to eat very healthy and you weren t before, you are probably just losing the water weight you were retaining due to a poor diet. That usually tapers off the first week or two, IF you keep your water intake up. You will lose fat as well as long as you re sticking to a good diet and exercise program.

If you just started the Diet and you are drinking alot of water/fluids, then yes you will go to the bathroom alot and at first you will lose your water weight as they call it. And then you will actually lose the weight........Good Luck.......I am going through the same thing.....
