Any exercises?

I have lost 50 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. I have been overseas for 9 months, and have gained 20 pounds. Please help!!? -

I went overseas from the US to do volunteer work in the Middle East. The nature of my volunteer work leads me to travel all the time, usually every 2 months. At every place I go, I try to enroll at a gym, but due to the short length I m in each place it is quite pricey, and as you can imagine, I am low on money as I am a volunteer. I have worked out as much as I possibly could during these 9 months. I came overseas last summer, and now it is summer again, and I have come to find out that NONE of my clothes from last summer fit me anymore! none! I feel like a beached whale and incredibly depressed. I just went to visit some friends who I knew from the beginninig of my travels and they were shocked by how much weight I gained. In the states I am a very fit person, working out over an hour a day and eating a very strict healthy diet. However, here it has not been easy to do this because of both food provided to volunteers and gym restrictions. I have a very hard time doing exercises outside so I won t do this. Starting next week I will be in a stable environment where I can go to a gym every day for the next couple of months. However, I feel emberassed to go (even though I will) because my workout clothes look terrible and I just feel so unattractive and disgusting. I feel clostrophobic in my own body and I can t think of anything but losing weight. I don t even know what kind of advice I m asking for, I guess fast weight loss tips and I don t even know what else... I just feel in despair. I looked so good when I got here and now it s all gone to ****. I feel so irresponsible, emberassed and dissapointed in myself. I will return to the states in 2 and a half months and I don t want to feel like a whale when I enter and have people lie about how I look. I feel like I HAVE TO get out of this body!!!!!!

I m betting the food provided to volunteers is probably high carb, low protein, high fat. I m a big proponent of fat, but you can t mix it with carb. These foods will make you fat hungry depressed with the roller coaster insulin ride. You sound like you feel like you have no self control and it sounds like you had no chance of controlling the situation. Quit beating yourself up. The good thing is that you recognize that you no longer want to live like this and want to make a change. Remember that you didn t gain weight overnight so don t expect to lose is immediately. If you want to be healthy and keep it off combine exercise and watch what you eat. Make healthy choices, snack healthy eat small meals about every 3-4 hours so that you don t get to the point where you are ravishingly hungry. Eat foods that are high in fiber and drink lots of water, both help you stay full longer. And don t forget to treat yourself once a week because you don t want to deprive yourself. Start off with moderate exercise as you don t want to hurt yourself nor discourage yourself that weight isn t coming off fast. How to lose weight without losing boobs? -

I have a little fat around my stomach area and I started going to the gym and working out and guess what, my boobs are like gone. WHAT THE HELL!? I heard there are exercises you can do to make your boobs bigger, is it true, and what are they?

It is true that spot reduction of weight is almost next to impossible. So when you lose weight u lose it from the entire body. But currently u need to focus ur main goal which is to reduce ur belly. eventually u wont look good with a big belly even though u have big boobs. So u need not worry about anything else currently.And think it this way u might have lost fat on ur boobs which makes u think that they r shrinked. You could use bras that make ur boobs look bigger. The short answer is, you can t. I m sorry to say it, but boobs are made up of fat and if you lose a significant amount of weight, it will come off your boobs too. Conversly, if you gain weight your boobs will get bigger like every other part of your body. I know it sucks that you can t pick and chose which areas of your body to lose fat from, at least not without plastic surgery.The only thing I can suggest is trying to exercise one specific area of your body, i.e. your stomach without actually losing weight. This will mean you tone up but you won t lose fat. But that s about it.

How about changing your diet.1. No soda2. No caffiene3. No Diet Soda or Sugar Free stuff.. ( your body gets all confused)4. Eat a good breakfast, lil snack, lunch, light dinner5. Well the best way to get rid of both ur prob( weight and losing of boobs) is by adding a proper diet plan with it...it would b good for u if u consult a dietitian along with ur gym work out...

Just go find yourself an Asian boyfriend and run around the beach playing with him; you ll be in great shape in no time.
