Hey! I am 13, 5 6 , and last time I checked, 135 pounds. My stomach is sort of large, but it s very odd, because it kind of looks like I am pregnant.... but I know I am not. But my thighs, are very different. I am rather athletic, so from the knee to 3 inches below my hip bone is like rock hard, but above that kind of balloons out. My weight does flucuate with my cycle, sometimes two or three pounds. This is my excersize schedule:Monday: Dance for an hour and a halfTuesday: Soccer for 2 hoursWednesday: Run 3 miles or more (time changes due to feeling and course)Thursday: Soccer for 2 hoursFriday: BreakSaturday: Soccer for an hour and a half (normally a game)Sunday: Long run, normally 4 or more miles I am training for a 10k in two weeks, and have been for a month and a half. Please let me know soon( : and no fat jokes. I am not a vegetarian, yet, and I do not have any food allergens.

Bathing suit season.. a few questions... please help..? -

I have been losing weight.. and I need to tone up my mid section for bathing suit season... I still want to lose about 20 more lbs in the next 4 weeks.1. what is the best combination of workouts I should do to get results?(i.e. 250 crunches a day)2. what is the best thing to do to lose weight quickly? Also, what would the best swim suit be for my body? I am losing weight, and when I was bigger I Developed stretch marks. I am afraid I will probably never be in a bikini again. so there for I ask:1. what will make my stetch marks (at least appear to) disappear?2. If they don t disappear, do they show as bad once you tone up?and3. Do people wear bikinis or something close to that while they have stretch marks?I obviously won t buy somethingi m not happy in, so if it doesn t look right I ll know... but maybe you can help me from lookin like a fool this spring break and summer

1. Personally what I do is just google ab exercises. There s a lot of pretty good ones on there. Doing that for 20 minutes everyday really helps.2. You can t always lose weight as fast as you want, but as long as you stick to a routine and don t let donuts get in the way, you should be good. A little is better than nothing.1. Lotion! lots of it. Everyday, twice a day or more. I had bad stretch marks on my thighs when I gained and then lost a bunch of weight after being sick. In time, they go away but not completely. Lotion really does help speed up the process though. Look for something with shea butter or just go for a specific stretch mark cream-- try these products! I ve used them before, they work if you stick with them. http://shop.avon.com/shop/search.asp?fin3. It s hard being self concious of your stretch marks, but if you just take care of them and try to be confident. No one will notice. It s not like someone is going to be coming up to you with a magnifying glass going Hey look! This chick has stretch marks! :P

The pattern for losing weight is easy - eat less and exercise more - the difficulties appear when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are a lot of temptations in the big wide world don t you think?! The one thing that really delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it was featured in Reader s Digest and USA Today. I shed 20 pounds, it really does produce results!

Pilates is really a great workout, just get a DVD and you can even do it in the comfort and privacy of your own home. I have Pink for Pilates, Mauri Windsor. Also, a 48 hour detox helps too. I just ordered David Keirsh Detox from Bliss.com. I also have stretch marks on my lower back but it doesn t really prevent me from getting in a bikini but its all up to you. Try rubbing vitamin E oil on them, they also have some great creams for stretch marks. There isn t really anything else we can do about them, which sucks, try talking to your doctor about it too!
