Lose weight, cellulite from thighs? -

(I m female)I have large thighs, and I think a slightly larger bottom.What I m really worried about is my thighs though. They are large and have cellulite. I am larger, but I m afraid that if I lose weight, that my thighs will still be large.Does anyone have any tips to reduce cellulite and weight from my thighs in particular?Or weight loss tips for each certain area of my body? i.e. Upper arms, tummy, Thighs, bottom, etc. Thank you for trying to help, please no nasty answers.

Well I know a key to get rid of celluclite without wasting money, but infact saving money!stop drinking soda. Plain and simple along with dropping weight, cellulite is casued from caffeine. When I stopped drinking soda, along with my mom we lost our cellulite and looked great in shorts again!to shed the tummy weight I suggest doing cardo workouts running is a good key to all weightloss!I went from 170 to 130 in a matter of time with a good diet and daily excerise!

I NEED to lose weight!? -

I am trying to lose like, 20-30 lbs. I am currently 5 1 and 140 lbs. I am going to Florida in August and want to look good in my bikini. I started jogging every morning with my dog for a half hour. I know I need more exercise than that though. Also this is my meal plan for today, can you tell me if it is ok?Breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs-140 calsSnack-5 large strawberries-dont kow the calsLunch- a homemade pizza with blk olives, grilled chicked, and broccoli -prob about 500 cals b/c of the dough and cheeseSnack-Apples, carrots, and cheese blocks (it comes in a little tray)-130 calsDinner-tilapia with asparagus and roasted red potatos-450 calsAny other weight loss tips? Weightloss...There s a good book Fat Smash Diet by Ian King that has great weightloss results. It s a strict diet and it requires you to cut out processed food sweets + exercise.

just u need is to work-out too hard to loose oodles of wt, loosing wt suddenly cause illness to u, so be cool, give time 4 that, it s so easy to gain wt but too hard to lose my frnd so, u better do more work-outs.

You can lose weight without a gym. Run, walk, dance. That s cardio. That will get your heart pumping, and burn calories. Then you can strength train, if you can get a set of weights. Maybe not even a set, but things around the house, even. Water bottles, books and such. Do some pushups, squats, lunges, crunches and situps. These will all help you to develop muscle and tone. Muscle weighs more than fat, but at the same time, it also helps you burn more calories quicker. It takes a lot of discipline, so don t go into this with a half-*** attitude. If you re serious about losing weight, you ll train yourself every other day, if not every day. Also, if you re a picky eater, that s good! Pick out the foods that are dense in sugars and empty carbs. (No junk food) Also, take out sodas. That s extra sugar. Even diet soda. Drink plenty of water. Don t starve yourself. Eat a good mixture of fruits and veggies, protein, like eggs, beans and meat, and whole grains. Good luck!

i think you should go on a master clean diet u are a picky eater anyway and the master clean make u loose weight fast it is mostly know as the beyonce s diet and it really works i have a friend that did this diet for 2 weeks and lost 20 lbs ....u can google master clean diet and all of the tips are there p.s. and its even a leamonde diet if that suits u ..

I read this 15 minute workout this morning in Australian Men s Health Magazine including:Back lunge to curl pressSwiss ball single arm dumbell pressSwiss Ball Y Negative chin upSwiss ball leg curl.They have a different 15 minute workout featured every month so you don t have time to get bored. Once a day, then go for a brisk uphill walk for 45 minutes.The magazine costs about $20aus per quarter - about one week s gym fees. Prolly worth every cent, in my opinion, just for this little tip.

Eliminate one thing from your diet and stick with it. Soda is a good thing to drop. Just replace it with water and not the flavored water (unless you flavor it yourself with fresh fruit.). Drink twice the amount of water you normally do. Regulate your sleep. (8 hours is good for an adult). Once a day walk around your block. You will notice that you feel a bit better and the inches will start to drop off.
