I Need weight loss help!? -

Im 14, 5 4 and 150 lbs. I have allot of extra EMBARRASING body fat...and i need to lose it. I hate exercise, but its the only way. I need excercise tips, and I need eating help I always tell myself to consume a set amount of calories, but then at the end of the day, I gorge, and tell myself to start tomorrow. I always gorge on something bad, and I can;t stop very easily How can I stop, what are some good weight loss tips, and excercise tips?

Dont rely on your conscience to tell you to start tomorrow because then who the hell knows when you re gonna start. Stick to eating 1500-1700 Calories a day if your female and 1800-2200 if your male. Men have more body mass or weight, because they have more muscle. Try eating 5 small meals a day that have an equal amount of carbs, proteins, and fats. Include lots of fruits and veggies (at least 5 of each a day). Most important is to drink LOTS of water 8, 8-10 oz. glasses a day. It is proven that people who drink enough water weigh less and lose weight easier. Water cleans out your kidneys and makes up a total of 62% of peoples bodies. Aim at losing 2-4 pounds a week, that will ensure that you keep the weight off. Exercise is a pain in the butt. Ask any fit person on the earth they will tell you that at one point they didnt want to go to the gym either. It is something that you have to do to get in shape. Drink loads of water, and don t eat 3 set meals a day, try eating 5 smaller ones. If you don t have time for that, just snack between meals on nuts, fruit or yoghurt etc. This means your body is constantly energized and ready to burn fat. Ohkay, well first off : DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!I m not sure if you have access to a lot of fresh, clean water in Africa though. But definitely do not drink sugary drinks. All yo u do is make your fat cells bigger. And no soda either, that s like the worst drink for you and it causes hair to grow on your chest. I m not recommending this, but my friend only drank water for a week, ate nothing else, and lost 10-15 pounds. Also, I would recommend going vegetarian/vegan. Vegetables have a smaller calorie content than meat does, and meat weighs you down. Vegetables are also really healthy, and I think it d be safer to not eat meat in Africa. If you can t go out for exercise, stay in. Just do some exercises, crunchers, jogging, hula hooping, sit ups, and whatever else you can do indoors, where it s cold. You should try piloxing! (pilates boxing). You can google some easy routines. I m pretty sure you have plenty of time.

Can somebody please help me on some weight loss tips? -

I m sick and tired of feeling pudgy and crappy...I m currently 5 6 175lbs..i d like to lose 30-40 pounds...actually, i kindve have a good idea what to do, but i just dont want to screw it up... for instance, a month ago i tried the atkins diet ..while i loved the idea of eating meat, cheese and eggs... after about the first week i felt so carbohydrate deprived and drained, i didnt even make it half way through the first phase! the bottom line is, i dont like low carb diets, low sugar diets or low fat diets...i like a little bit of variety in my diet, something from everything... so heres my main question...if i use a diet consisting of turkey, chicken, fish, egg whites, fat free cheese, oatmeal, fruits, veggies, nuts, whole wheat bread, whole grain rice and keep it in a calorie deficit and exercise 5-6 days a week will i lose weight? the real thing im worried about is the whole wheat bread and rice..i wouldnt eat much at all...just 2 slices of bread on a sandwich for lunch and a half a cup of brown rice during dinner...thats all

well maybe diets just aren t for you...i would try just eating small meals throughout the day and making sure that they re proportioned to that of the food pyramid (so your getting what you re supposed to be getting). the timing is also important, like dont eat at least two hours before you sleep since you wont be awake to burn off those caloriesfinally, go on walks or just do things that you like which requires you to move a little, doesn t have to be anything too strenuous. just as long as you enjoy the activity

Am trying to lose weight myself. 36lb down in 4 months and i find that sticking to my 3 meals a day and having some popcorn as a snack is working for me.
