Teenager: How to lose weight in Leg area? -

I would like to lose some weight; anywhere really but mosty in my theighs and stomach.know how?

How to lose weight? -

ok this is the deal, i don t eat breakfast, i eat probably half a sandwich, and i eat a hamburger or some fried chicken at night. i don t drink soda i only drink water or home made drinks oh the hamburger thing is not often i mostly eat a bowl of cereal at night and thats it. i ve been gaining weight for the last couple of months, i know i have to do some exercise but i don t do any exercise at all thats probably what is affecting me right now, i m 5 11 and i weight about198, 200 i used to weight around 180. whats the best weight to get rid of this extra weight i m carrying, anyone know whats the average weight for a 5 11 guy

Ok, first thing is to fix your eating habits. The way you are eating right now, seems you are dieting and not eating enough or not eating smart. When u starve yourself, it backfires becaue your metabolism shuts down and the fat doesn;t get burned by your body, in fact it is stored becasue the body feels you are not getting enough food.The trick is to eat small meals thrtough the day (approx 5), emphasis on small, to give your body the juice it needs to supercharge ur metabolism and make it feel like it needs to be running and hence burning excess weight.The next step is devsiing and excercise plan for yourself. My trainer tells me that it s important to eat small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism working at optimal levels. Also, you may be less inclined to get hungry and overeat at mealtimes. It s probably a good idea to eat less processed foods, like vegetables and whole grains too. And, it wouldn t hurt to cool it on the fried chicken and hamburgers. If you burn more calories than you eat, you should lose weight. Making these modifications ought to help, but if they don t, get checked out by your doctor. eat a healthy breakfast, an apple as a snack, eat lunch like a salad, eat another snack.. yogurt or something, and then eat a healthy dinner. consume at least 1200 calories a day.drink 8 servings of 8oz of water per day at least. at least walk 30 min a day that ll help alot if u dont wanna do anything else.no soda, no sugar if possible, no fried foods.

it is probably the fried stuff. stay away from it!! its terrible. Trust me I m a vegetarian and I m good with health.

The best option is to eat healthier (more non-processed stuff) and eat more consistently. First off. EAT BREAKFAST!!! it realllly helps with weight loss. That might sound weird, but hear me out. When you skip breakfast in the morning, your metabolism just (slowly) slows down. the more little (healthy!!!) meals you eat the more your metabolism works. So eat a bowl of cereal or a banana and yogurt. But do not skimp out on breakfast, it truly is the most important meal of your day. Secondly, eat other stuff besides ceral, though it is not really fatening, it usually has a high sugar content. Try out soup, salads or some more healthy meals. A burrito maybe? and finally, exercise is VERY crutial in weight loss!!Good luck!!! :)

i really dont no the average of a 5 11 guy but if you eat 3 main meals and a small snack like fruit every to hour between the 3 main meals and for the main meals. and if u go to http://fitnessmagazine.com/ it shows exersizes u can do these exersizes at home so u can lose your weight. hope it helps jamie

I m on the lite n easy diet at the moment and its working wonders the only thing is its quite expensive. But very convenient and all you have to do is walk for an hour a day eat their food and drink two litres of water.Otherwise I am like you nothing else has worked

maybe you could take laxatives before you go to sleep and in the morning this should clear out the system then start they day by having something healthy for breakfast such as oatmeal or wholegrain cereal with low fat milk and a piece of fruit. You need to keep up your exercise and limit the foods that are high in satuated fat and sugar.

Well what I would do is cut down on the junkfood and sweets. And mabey go on a walk everyday. Mainly what my advice is, is to eat more healthyer foods and cut down on eating junkfood + sweets! GOOD LUCK!

Well it all comes with common sense and devotion to lose weight and keep it off, and every body responds differently. But your question gives me the idea you just have the trouble spots youd like to perfect. Cardio workouts (running, swimming, anything that gets your heart pumping and you sweating), try going to the gym and hitting the stair masters for your thighs. Ab workouts, pilates will shape em up for sure. Search up 8 minute abs on youtube and do them religously. Also in my own experience when I try to lose a few pounds I only drink water! It cuts alot of calories and sugars and isnt a hard transition. Also keep in mind, muscle burns fat. Exercises-cardio is the best way as it will use the fat on your abs and thighs, also high rep resistance exercise in the 22-27 rep range. As for food light meat such as fish and poultry, watch sugar and fats and salt. The best advice is to get a personal trainer. I know it sounds like a ad, but as one myself i have seen many people be more committed when they have to be there vs when they go when they want and that turns into results, not to mention the trainers are knowledgeable in the ways to get to your goals and can make it enjoyable. You can t target one part of your body and say LOSE WEIGHT.. ONLY HERE. when you lose weight it s all over. Some people will start losing weight and notice it in their breasts or stomach or butt.. but it s not because it s targeted.. it s because your body is doing what it wants to do. 124 pounds is healthy for your height and age so please don t do anything drastic.

im kind of like that..just lose a few more pounds and you will notice the chubbiness will start disappearingyour body will eventually start to target the fat from your face

Eventually as you mature your face will slim as long as you keep a healthy active lifestyle.

You lose weight on your face when the rest of your body loses weight.I will say though that you are the weight you should be with that height.So if anything then just tone but dont go for straight weight loss.

I think that overall you are just overweight.
