How did you lose weight fast? -

I ve heard those diet pills suppress your appetite and give you more energy for exercise. I m really lazy and it I think it would help a lot; even know It s not the healthiest thing. I would like to loose between 20 40 pounds asap. How have you lost weight fast what experiences have you had with dexatrim/ other diet pills?

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. You will lose weight faster if you atleast go for a 15-30 minute walk every morning or night, whenever suits you.. If you realy can t exersise and your that lazy to eat healthy and do that then the only other thing is to water fast for a couple of weeks you can shed 20pounds but Its hard because after you lose the weight its so easy to gain it back witch means you have to eat nothing but tiny amounts of vegetables or juices fruits for about a week after the fast and then gradually eat small portions and you will continue to lose weight otherwise if you go back to your old eating habits your going to gain it back. Water fasting is for detoxification and after that you will have more energy and probably feel less lazy as the toxins are releasing your body and you may even want to start being active after the water fast... but carefull don t break the fast or your going to regret all the sacrafise. too much too handle? then work out even if its a 10 minute walk or cleaning the house anything that gets your *** off the couch will make you lose weight. Eat sensible vegetables fruit legumes dairy daily and fish or chicken weekly and red meat only once a month as that is realy hard to digest and not good if your trying to lose weight.have fun with it. drink plenty of water to flush toxins out of the body, feel good and look good.

Well right now I m 120 pounds but 5 1 and a couple months ago I lost 10 pounds in a week so I could be 110 pounds but that was from starving myself and doing nothing all day.... But I would not reccomend that because when I started to eat again I gained back the weight and more. But if u cut calories in half and run on the tredmill an hour each day it is definately a healthier way to lose weight

try this method I call it satisfying the monster method one meal every day of what ever u like maybe it is not a healthy way but it worked for me but don t mix so much food in this meal if u want burger u just eat burger with water no frize no pepsi with time your mental control will become stronger good luck
