Will running 3 miles everyday help me lose weight fast? -

I m 22 yrs old, weigh 175, and I m 5 6. I used to eat whatever and not exercise very much. I just want to know if running 3 miles a day and eating less/healthier will help me lose weight fast? I had a baby two years ago and I just want to get back in shape for summer this year. Thanks!

Eat lots of fruit and vegetables but lay low on the carbs and saturated fat. Also don t starve yourself and don t skip meals it make you hungrier and then you will eat more the next meal you have. Only have 3 meals and don t snack.while you are at work try lifting weights during spare time like those 3lb one and wear ankle weights to. when you get home put on a tv show and just do squats and lunges they are easy and fast things that will help alot.

Laxatives to lose weight, fast? -

I have taken laxatives the last 3 days to lose a few pounds, the bottle says 30ml but I havn t noticed any changes in my bodily functions. Do they work straight away? And are laxatives as effective poured over cereal etc as they are when taken straight with water?

They wont work because they re not made for that, try alli or someting.

the only thing your really losing is water. laxatives are not a safe effective weight loss method. and can cause serious damage.

ive been drinking green tea every morning for about 2 weeks and i must say that it really works. i was 140 pounds and now i weigh 135...can increasing the amount of green tea a day in my diet help me to lose weight faster because i need to lose a least 3 more pounds in a week, which i think i can do if i lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks.

I agree with you that the tea definitely works. The recommended amount to drink for weight loss is 1-2 cups per day. I think you should add one more cup per day and see how that works. Start eating veggies. Why do you think vegetarians are so skinny. When you get hungry have some baby carrots with ranch, or make a salad. you can always add some meat to your salad. I prefer chicken. Sit ups, and lots of sit ups. I do 70 a night and I ve got a fit and flat stomach. Have no snacks whatsoever. Go jogging every morning, that s what I do. Hope this has helped you xx
