How can i lose Weight fast and still be heatly i am 14 years old? -

Well first off if you get hungry don t go to the pantry and grab your favorite snack cake like a Star Crunch, eat something healthy. Lean meat sandwich, raw fruit and veggies, anything that YOU think isn t good probably isn t good for you.Exercise, don t sit around on the computer all morning and through the day. If you are bored go for a jog, ride your bike, or play basketball. When at school don t grab the pizza or cheeseburger. Either take the veggie turkey burger or better yet bring your own packed lunch! That way you have your favorite lean meat sandwich, you get your most very important water and dried fruit or something along the lines of that.(KEY) I send this to all teens and young adults because it s true! If you see this on someother thread don t worry, I m not mass spamming threads as a free advertisment.

lower your intake of sugary foods and fattening foods. Eat more vegetables and drink plenty of water. Additional exercise like jogging won t hurt either.

I would try this workout. At the same time you will be gaining muscule and burning fat. So its awesome. WHAT YOU LL NEED: Two 5 pounds weights.* means one 5 pound weight in each hand.If you don t have two 5 pound weights try using water bottles full of water.Workout:Stretch*20 Bench Press x3 20 squats x3*20 side arm lifts x320 crunches x320 push-ups x3*20 lunges x320 leg lifts x3Walk for 30 minsStretchStretching before your workout helps you not to pull a muscule during your workout.Stretching after your workout helps you not be AS sore afterward. I try to do this everyday, but I m sure you would get results doing this only 2-4 days a week. I recomend everyday.Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily. You will lose weight and tone up!I ve lost 6 pounds and I ve only been doing it for a week! You can do it! i know you can!You will be sore. and it will hurt but you can do it.Don t be scared to add more excercises of more reps.Hope this works for you!

I have been running to lose weight, just wanted to know if diet pills would help me lose weight faster? -

I have been running every night, doing crunches, push ups and excercises to make my core stronger and eating a lot better, and so far I have lost 3 pounds, but now I seem to be kind of stuck. I have increased my excercises but i have not lost anymore weight. I just wanted to know if any diet pills actually help you lose weight in conjuction with diet and excercise

Diet pills will increase your weight loss. But, too much exercise will delay weight loss as well.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
