How can I lose weight fast without diet pills? -

eat 2 meals a day in moderation, for snacks have fruits, excersise whenever, get a membership at ymca or get a treadmill of your own.

run hike walk swim ummm dont eat and stuff like that i am kinda fat to and i have been doing it for about a month and lost about 150 pounds

Weight training works wonders. There s this booklet that I followed for the first two weeks. I did all weight training for 6 days without cardio (you can probably add that in to speed up weight loss). Keep in mind that the kind of weight training this booklet had was for people who have a hard time gaining muscle. I just used it as a guide for weight loss. I m sure you can find a book out there about losing weight with weight training methods. If you add in running/cardio that will help. I would suggest at least an hour of moderate to intense cardio for rapid weight loss. If you begin to lose weight then suddenly hit a plateau, add in some new exercise routines.
