You should not be worrying abput your weight because you re very young. However, you asked a question so I ll try to answer it the best way I can. I m sorry to say eating less and healthier won t cut it. You also need to exercise regularly. Cardio is extremley important when you want to lose weight, as well as the food you eat. Avoid eating food you know you can resist if you try hard enough. One valuable lesson I learned was to eat when you ARE hungry. I used to just eat when I had nothing to do and became a fatty! Have 3 healthy, but filling meals a day with snacks inbetween (for example: fruits). Continuing a diet and exercise is important since it s so easy to become lazy, but if you have the strength, integrity, will-power, and determination, you can do it! Hope I helped.

THAT IS NOT ENOUGH! You need atleast 1500 - 2000 calories a DAY! you will NOT eat enough!

I m gonna make some rules for you:rule 1: stop counting caloriesrule 2: enjoy liferule 3: stop trying to starve yourself to death, to maintain a healthy weight you need atleast 1200 calories a day. be healthy but don t be silly about it.

Its actually healthier to eat fruits and veggies, then exercise:)If you don t eat enough you will become sickly and more prone to illness.eat healthy and exercise, its the best way, and you will feel great.

I m 14 I weigh 10st 2lbs an I am 5ft 11 so im very tall so bare that in mind.I ve pigged out over the holidays and put on 3lbs I would really like to get back to my original weight 9st 13lbs or lose more. Honey your not fat don t over worry about it. Watch what you eat on a long term scale, and keep everything in moderation. If you loose weight fast you will gain it back fast. At your age it is normal to gain weight but your putting it on your where you need it. where boys like it. extreme dieting at your age can permanently affect you figure. So Take up a sport, swimming , jogging, something. and be balanced
