Out of ideas on how to lose weight. help!? -

ok so i have that belly fat thing and its driving me insane. ive tried to keep an exercise routine, ive tried weight watchers, ive attempted to change the way i eat, but i cant seem to stick with anything. i love chocolate and junk food, always have. i have no idea what 2 do. i try nd try and i always end up back 2 where i started. i was thinking about getting a treadmill but i don t have the money for one, or the room to put it anywhere. im 17 yrs old. please help...and give like real answers, not eat fruits and veggies bc i know that. i need to know how to stick with something that shows results.

You have to do cardio! Think of it this way. If you eat 2000 calories a day and don t excercise you keep the same problem with your belly, but if you do an hour of cardio 3-5 times a week (walk, run, jog, all can be done for free ouside) and burn up 1500 calories and only eat 1000-1200 calories, you will lose weight.Since you are using up more calories than you are feeding your body. Your metabolism will increase and your body will start to feed of its fat storage. Also if you lift weights your body will burn up more calories to sustain your muscles.

Start throwing up so all your teeth will fall out from the acid in the vomit. This way you will have to gum your food and you can no longer eat what ever you want because it will be to hard to chew. I am just saying this to show you how crazy it is to think that you can lose 40 in a week. Do it the right way my dear. You may end up 40 pounds light for your funeral if you go this route. You can loose weight by exercising, eating healthy and drinking water!Go running to! Don t eat fastfood and eat veggies and fruit.

Well it is best if you eat fruits and vegetables. And every once and a while you can eat chocolate. Go to the gym on once a week too.

run 40 mins 2times a day. once in the morning and once in the evening. drink water ONLY throughout the day.

Lots of cardio and stay off fatty foods (no soda, no chips, no candy etc etc )

i am 12 and im 5 feet and i weight 130. i know im not fat but i am chubby. and i also wanna grow taller...my dad is 6 4 and mym mom is 5 2 and im stuck short is their anyway i can grow tall like my dad?? even if im already 12 and short? i havnt hit my growspurt yet...i think.....please help!!

cardio for an hour 3 times a week.don t do anything drastic like starving yourself or doing fad diets, they don t work, just work out.there s no way to make yourself have a growth spurt, you just have to wait for it. you may take your moms genes if they re more dominant but if you take after your dad you ll shoot up sooner or later. patience is key.

eat alot of meat and protein and **** it helps your body grow but yeah just wait untill your like 13 or 14 you will grow a shitload and youll be fine
