What kind of sport do u think that people can lose weight fast? -

Weight Lifting helps you lose fat, lots of it, although your weight may go up as muscle weighs more than fat.And swimming (especially underwater) burns lots of calories and build your lungs (which is very useful)Also, you can burn 200-600 calories every 15 minutes by jump-ropingAnd biking is good for you and easy on joints.

Swimming and running.

Track. There s usally a lot of running involved, and many practices. A really good workout. :]

running. soccer if just running is boring.

I know from experience that two-a-days during football can make one lose weight fast. I lost 20 lbs the first two weeks. I could see soccer, track, and basketball all helping one lose weight fast.
