Run over a gypsy, hahahaha.But seriously, you can t lose weight quickly unless you re ill. Even if you just stopped eating, you d actually gain weight. How quickly do you mean? There is a quicker way than the typical eat less, exercise more way and that is to do strength training, not cardio. There s a long-winded explanation for that and I can tell you if you d do it, but you re more interested in crash diets aren t you? Sorry, can t help!

loosing weight fast will only happen for about a month then will taper off, depending on what you are eating now.... this is what you do, and i did. For the first 2-4 weeks eat only 1200 caloires of food, and exercise to burn more than you are taking in. Afterwards change your entire diet, eat 3 small meals a day, and i mean like child size plates w/ food. Then eat 3 snacks a day, a snack is an apple, banana, a slice of cheese, a yogurt, and so on. Increase your exercising to a level that you are comfortable with. Decrease the amount of food you are taking in, and you will loose weight quickly.

A good healthy way would be to drink a lot of water, take a multivitamin like one-a-day, and try eat more fruits and eat breakfast. This shoulod boost your metabolism which will speed up the fat burning process. When your eating, avoid carbs such as white bread (wheat bread a good alternative). To lose weight faster, add in excersize especially in the morning if you can. If you workout early, drink water and take your vitamin and maybe some fruit. It usually takes 30 minutes of working out to actually start burning fat but because your doing it in the morning, your body hasnt had any bad things in it like sugars and carbs therfore ur already in fat burning mode. Lifting is also great, it is better to lift first and then cardio that way ur weightlifting workout is most effective bc ur not tired. Weightlifting is great bc when your doing reps, ur body burns a lot of calories trying to recover from each lift. The most effective weight training is low weight high reps. If you think about it, bench pressing say 75 pounds like 25 times in one set is more effective than pressing 200 pounds like once or twice. If you want more effectiveness, then go to GNC and pick up a fat burner like hydroxycut. I wouldnt reccomend the higher pills such as hydroxycut hardcore or stuff like that as they are unhealthy and affect you mood drastically. In fact i had friend get an appendectomy and i suspected the fat burner to be the reason. Do this and not only will u loose weight but be healthy and in great shape.

What is the best way to lose weight fast without starving? -

I love food and love to eat so I dont t want to starve. I already know to not eat any more than 1300 cals a day and not to eat 3 hours b4 bed. I weigh 120 and am 14. I think thats too much plus Im getting a bit big. I wish to weigh 108. Any help on losing this weight b4 school again? Examples of workouts and cardio will help a lot too. thanks

well you off on the right foot, do cardio such as running,jogging,jumprope i personally hate running as a workout so i swim alot, and the thing is pushups,situps, etc are strength exercises if you want to look skinny focus on cardio but still do some strength exercises if you want to look ripped still do cardio but focus alot on strength alsoi recommendalso i just read the swimming part that some girl posted about twice a week,that is not enough start out with 3-4 times a week and eventually go up to everyday(youll be fine i swim every morning and my health is fine and im never sore)4x15-crunches(upper abs)4x15 side bends with towel or dumbell(obliques aka love handles)4x10-reverse crunches(w/t ball for higher level)(lower abs)5x20-pushups(shoulders,chest,p...lower the rep count if this is to hard for you,but it seems like youll for sure be down to 108 probably even less if you stick with a good workout, and dont eat to much junk, also ive found it helpful to keep track of calories burned and taken in,it shows you what to eat and how much of it, also i recommend spark teens its free and is great for nutrition and fitness,good luck

Actually you are at a very healthy weight any less your gonna look anorexic. If what u want is 2 tone up- then lots of sit ups push ups, swimming eating protein (meat, eggs, veggies, milk) and drinking lots lots of water will get you glowing (but seriously honey, your 2 young to worry about weight) just worry about staying healthy

cardio-swimming,walking,jogging,eliptica��toning-yoga,pilates,weights fitball. you need to do both toning and cardio 6 days a week

Instead of fasting you should restrict your food as well as doing lot s of exercise eg. walking, sit ups, dancingThat way you won t feel tired etc. like you do if you fast - but you will lose weight.x

play twister, dance, play DDR, or do any other game that gets you moving. I find its easier to work out when you take the work part out of it

eat more fruits and veggies and try to keep away from meat and starches for a little while. run a lot and stretch

omg dude ur 14 and 120 that aint over weight unless u really small im twice ur size and also 14

Smoke Cigs before you eat, and after you eat. You get so much more full off of less food.
