The best way is to follow a sensible, lower-calorie diet and exercise plan.It takes 3500 calories lost to lose 1 pound of fat. If you create a deficit of 500 calories per day, you will lose 1 lb per week. This can be accomlished through following a meal plan and exercise regimen. low carb diet. i eat an egg for breakfast. salad with everything for lunch. side salad for dinner and some meet. snacks.. sugar free jello, pepperoni, cheese, or veggie s in a yogurt dip. check out book called carbohydrate addicts diet. they were on oprah. you can have 1 free meeal a day. including anything you want and a dessert. i lost weight really fast with that one.

You need to make a commitment to yourself. Set small goals and work toward them... the healthy way. You didn t gain weight fast, don t expect to lose it fast, or easily. Exercise after work/school. Walk to places within reason instead of driving. Eliminate the snacks. Eat slow during meals. Prep your meals in advance for lunch using the healthy ingredients you ve purchased for dinner/breakfast. This avoids eating out at lunch. Eat 3 full meals/day with reasonable portion sizes. again, no snacks.If its really what you want, work for it. It s hard work but it will feel that much better when the pounds come off.
