How to lose weight in the winter? -

In the summer I ll go for runs, do stuff outside, you know, EXERCISE! But in the winter I don t feel motivated, I m always more tired, and I eat more. I need to get moving. What I ve gained 5sh pounds and want to lose them before say april. WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!???!?!?! LOlthanks.FYI its REALLY cold outside.

You re 14 how bad could your body be...At 14 you ve barely grown into your body...Just be a teenager and dont stress about that stuff...As long as you eat healthy and drink plenty of water you should be fine.

If you have Nintendo Wii, I highly recommend Wii Fit. It ll provide you with a well-rounded workout.

Work out inside!If you don t do yoga, then start. It s great for your body as well as your well being. You could also buy a work out DVD. That gets me motivated in the winter. The holidays are over so eat healthy!! Oh and drink LOTS of water!

i have that too...so i play my best music (like dance music) and just dance for a while...afterword i feel so much better :] just dance your heart out :]

I recommend jump roping. Not the stuff you would do on the playground. Boxer style jump roping. Just find an open area in the house. You can google how many jumps it takes to do the equivalent of running a mile. But you can stay in place and watch tv.

Id go to the gym or do some in house work outs....maybe a treadmill just go to the gym it will help out a lot.

Is the cyrstal light stuff like drinking water. Its the powder you just put in water. Its not really crystal light, its the off brand you get at walmart, and it just says sugar free cherry, it has no calories, no sugar, or anything, but it says it contains phenylanine, is that bad for you?I drink water, i just dont drink 8 glasses a day, is this stuff like drinking water, becuse i know i drink 8 glasses of it a day. Also, does drinking vinegar and warm water help with weight loss, ive heard that and it sounds stupid, but does it work?Any other weight loss tips??-----FYI- im on a healthy diet, getting all the nutrients i need, and i get alot of excerise.-------

Crystal Light is bad for you look at the ingredients then research them. You will find that you will never want to drink it again along with anything that says diet on the package. What you should drink instead of vinegar is lemon and ginger water it tastes much better and you might even be able to drink all 8 glasses. If you have mint leave crush them for more flavor. I make a pitcher every day and have no trouble drinking the whole thing.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. allright im 240 pounds and all my friends are skinny. they dont work out they just have a fast metabolism. i want to be able too lose weight and not have saggy skin. i always get invited to go to the beach and i say no. my friends tell me that it doesnt matter that im fat but im still self conscious about how i look if i went. i have an elliptical my uncle has a bowflex x2 and a punching bag. can anyone give me some pointers on what i can do with all these machines so i can lose weight and not have saggy skin.

ummmm first of all if you lose weight, the goal is more to be healthy than attractive............skinny people can sometimes have high percentages of fat in their body which is still really unhealthyso if you want to loose weight, you should exercise and eat healthyas long as you don t go anorexic or on an extreme diet, i dont think you boobs will sag...? haha thats the funniest concern i ve heard about dieting tho....
