How can I lose weight fast? -

I need it in like 2 weeks or 1 week please

Cut back on calories. It healthy protein, fruits, and veggies. Limit the fat to a minimum. Running burns the most calories.

It depends!! how much kilo you need to loose ?Basicaly, cut down carbs COMPLETLY, cut down suger, salt and fat oh and coffee b/c coffee is known to slow down your metobolism. Eat only vegtables, and salad preferably green salad. and go to the gym like 5 days a week, work realy hard.Try extra virgin coconut oil, reaserch shows that extra virgin coconut oil speed your metobolism, and dont worry it wont make you fat lol, its natural fat. And its good treatment for ppl who has colestrol. Use 2 tb/s a day.By doing this you should be able to loose up2 3-4 kilos within 2 weeks.

The pattern for losing weight is simple - consume less and workout more often - the problems appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are lots of opportunities to fail in the big wide world don t you think?! The sole thing that definitely worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it was reported in Fox News and CNN. I shed 25 pounds, it definitely does work!

you could lift weights or do cardio workouts that will keep your heart rate as high as possible during your workouts... if you do lift weights do 3 sets of 10-12 reps of weight that you can handle... little rest as possible will help you lose weight faster..... Good luck!

Drink TONS of water. If your getting hungry drink a couple glasses of water. I lost 40 pounds this way. And work out and stay busy.

Go on a juice fast where you only drink fruit and vegetable juices.

You can try the Fat X 12 day program. The videos are free at ... http://www.FatX101.com

lol sterve ur self naw um cut back run

Will I lose weight this way? -

I am riding a stationary bike for 60 minutes Monday thru Friday at 22mph. in my garage wich is about 110 degrees. Then on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as ridding the bike I do approx. 20 minutes of strength training. I watch what I eat and only consume approx. 1400 calories a day and I drink water all day long. Will I lose a good amount of weight and if so how fast shall I lose the weight? I am 28 years old and 5 2 at 155lbs. I would like to lose 30 pounds. If you have any other tips that might help me lose weight faster please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Eat enough protein and fibres, reduce carbo and fatty foods and dont nibling. Drink carrot juice, this reduce weight but to make it taste good add apple in it. Tomatoes for some reason is not good if you want to reduce weight. Chocolate, ice cream, milk shakes ,you know will not help reducing yr weight, so avoid it.Thinking! Worrying! Anger!Up tight! takes lots of energy but dont compensate it with niblings ( biscuits/chocolates) , but you can nible fruits any time, not too much at a time. How many hours you sleep in 24hours? Dont sleep right away after meal.See what you get and come back after 2 weeks, tell us the progress. I am a bit taller than you, but at your age I was 43 Kgs and creeping up during mid 50st to 47Kgs , since I was late 50st until now (60) manage my weight at max 51Kgs. Looks better at 50Kgs. ( I have small bones, so I dont look skinny). I eat a lot, but like I say above, lots of protein and fibers and less carbo unless I am really hungry. For protein, I eat meat very rare fatty meat , for fibre lots of spinach. I sleep max 8 hours/day , mainly between 6 -7 hours. I dont sleep during the day unless I am really2 tired and have only abt 3-4 sleep that night.I always have something to think about. Maybe my experience will help you. Make sure you dont lose weight too quick its not very good for your skin. Dont forget to rub your skin with oil.Good luck

yes that is pretty good. I take an hour long cycling class so i know how rough that is. Sounds like you are very motivated. Make sure to eat a lot though, do not eat less. Eat more food early on in the day (breakfast/lunch) then you have all day to burn it. Consume a lot of protein and take a break from your diet and enjoy yourself every once in a while.

Let me tell u a quicker I way I used to weigh 148 punds now I weigh 118 pounds all I did was start drinking only water milk w/ cearal of course stiop eating sweets completely. I ve gone from a size 9 to a size 5 in some pants 3/4 in just 3 months i lost 30 pounds in just 3 months. u can tone it all up by working out @ the gym, but then you d gain only like 2 or 3 pounds for that. Oh instead of chips eat fruit or those 100 calorie packs of chips, I hoped I helped.

You might not want to hear this, but there are 10 sure-fire ways to blow your diet. Check the list for pitfalls -Top 10 Ways to Fail at Weight Loss that can make or break your weight loss efforts.Check out http://weight-loss-secret.info/lose_weig--------------------------------------Good luck to you!

Your burning calories but you might actually gain some weight later but that s good. It s muscle weight and muscle weighs more than fat. You def. should be burning fat and you re getting healthier!

To successfully lose weight, you must carry outa plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionallybalanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity. I found useful informations at

The key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume. When it boils down to it, that is what really needs to happen.

i think you can readhttp://www.health-sky.com/html/category/healthy-living/weight-loss/

You will lose weight. But if you want to maxamize your results I would recommend doing different cardio activites. Try and use all the muscles in your body as it burns more calories. Do things such as swimming, go outside and play a sport of some sort, try and mix it up. But any days you can t really do that the stationary bike is good too. 110 degrees is NOT good to be exersising in for that long. Try and find a way to cool your garage down, or move the bike inside, or better yet see if there is a gym in your area.As for your diet, 1400 calories sounds good for losing weight, but make sure you are getting good foods. I probably don t need to tell you that cookies, cake, doughnuts won t help your reach your goals. Make sure you are getting plenty of protein, eating lots of vegetables, and avoiding as much fat as possible. As for your water intake, its good that your staying hydrated but make sure you are giving you self electrolytes too, your body needs those too and not all water has that. Gatorade is good for that.

i have lost about 30 pounds and this is how i did it. I started a diet where i limited my calories to under 2000 a day, and I limited the amount of found I ate as well. I used hoodia to help with the diet. And it helps, but it is expensive. i got it at GNC. the reason I did it this way was to give my stomach and gut time to shrink, or to get used to being filled with small amounts of food. this makes a lot of sense biologically. im a biologist.Exercise is the most important part. this is where you have to say to yourself, this is my new life, my new routine . riding a bike at a particular mph is the wrong way to look at it. The first muscle to get into shape before you worry about any other is your heart. im dead serious about this. Therefore, focus on your heartrate while riding the bike. i personally like the elyptical b/c of its low impact on the knees and spine. Today was a milestone in my cardio fitness, it takes more tension now to maintain my heart rate at 160. That is where I like it to be, a little higher than 80% of a 28 yr old s capacity. and it took me 2+ months to do that, and using the elyptical for 3 to 4 times a week. Another tip, i use my ipod to give me extra motivation, but that is just me. I listen to songs that make you want to get up and move or to get mean with it (rock).my weight lifting i do conservatively, but now that my heart is in good shape, I will probably try to move up on my weight some.i do all of this at the gym in a cool environment. working out in the heat is dangerous. you make think that sweating is losing, but really that is just water from the food and drink you have and from your bodies cells. you need to stay hydrated. water is needed to burn energy. also, never exercise when you feel hungry.it sounds like you are doing some dangerous things, and i want to encourage you to go to a gym for a free week, most places give you a free week. and dont be shy about asking questions. people at the gym are some of the best personalities you will find, when they are not conceded or binge exercising - which it sounds like you are doing. make exercise part of your life for now on. eat right, and don t forget to smile just because you can.

How much weight do you think I can lose in 3 weeks? Im very overweight.? -

If I follow this diet:breakfast: 2 egg whites or Special K(measured amount only), or oatmeal. cup of coffee, 2 glasses of water. snack: (2-3 hrs after) 2 boiled eggs or piece of cheese, or 2 slices of ham. 2 glasses of water. lunch: soup like the to go Campbell s or the ones in the bowl. 2 glasses of water and 1 can of diet coke. snack: fruit of your choice or one of the others previous. or a cup of yogurt. 2 glasses of water. supper: 1 meat and 1 cup of veggies. 2 glasses of water. snack: any of above 2 glasses of water. If I follow that diet, and exercise every day for about half an hour, how much weight do you think I can lose in 3 weeks. I m overweight and I read that overweight people lose weight faster. I need to lose about 100 pounds (Im not expecting to do that in 3 weeks, I just need a 3 week head start)

Too many snacks, too many eggs, ditch the diet coke, not enough fruit/veggiesDitch the campells soup, loaded with bad calories.Start calore counting, google to calculate your BMRcan t say how much you ll lose without knowing your weight and heightand if really need to snack so much, snack on fruits. And to help lose weight alot faster, start doing cardio.

Cut out the last snack and the snack between breakfast and lunch. Do not eat after 6. That worked great for me, weight loss is hard. Also do cardio more than toning exercise because you need to burn fat before any results of the toning [crunches, weights, etc.] will show. So ride an exercise bike or just a bike, run, walk, dance! The weight loss differs for each person but you should lose a good amount. But a lot will be water weight.

Losing weight steadily is the best!1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, vegies and fruits2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks3) drink plenty of water / green tea4) Exercise - look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat. Here s a review link to a fitness programhttp://www.squidoo.com/burnthefat-feedth5) Have 5-6 healthy meals a day(1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied6) if you have cravings drink water or eat fruitshere s an article to a healthy diethttp://lose-quick-weight.blogspot.com/20http://www.squidoo.com/lose-10-pounds-in7) have an action plan for long term goals, start off with small goals and increase it gradually over time.8) enjoy food in moderation..you are allowed to...commitment is the key9) if you re very overweight, consult a doctor too.Good luck

This is not the answer you would like to hear but any time one looks for a quick fix it is harmful and the quicker you lose the weight the quicker you gain it back. it isnt easy but its a life change and ham for one is not good for you pork has tons of sodium and fat chicken and turkey are the best no nitrates like in deli meat eggs have protein but this diet you want to follow isnt a healthy diet to keep for life. i know if you go with the lemon diet that will clean you out and you can lose weight and about diet soda its just as bad if not worse than regular soda tea would be a better subsitutuion, cambells soup is full of sodium i believe 850mg per serving that soudium will make u retain water and hold more weight in protein is good soy is great for balancing your metabolism and fills you up. oatmeal is good if you get kashi oatmeal its really good and has almost no sodium unlike quaker. its best to drink your water slower dont just chug it down and yeh drink abt a gallon a day. swimming will realy have u burning calories. i had a baby 18 months ago i went from 115-204#s i followed a well balnced meals 6 little meals a day worked out started off with the lemon diet and im down to 109#s i tried the quick diets everyone these days looks for a quick fix and they dont want to work for it i was one of them i use to drink 12 pk soda a day and my brother in law whos a physician assited me all the way. so GOOD luck!and you said to start your diet start by calling it a life style change not diet, want it realy bad i lost 100#s and i am so proud of myself i feel so much better and i used nopills no nothing you can do it you will need support emotionally at first and maybe for a while but choose support that doesnt have the same weakeness as us you can do it! Good LUck again

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. ~Adia

Looking at your diet plan, you seem to have an OK mix of protein, carbs, etc, but I would suggest, if I may, maybe upping the veggies to 3 or 4 servings in a day, and just maybe cutting back one egg (if you have cholesterol concerns).I ve had the best luck with picking foods low on the glycemic index (you can find that with a Google search), which keeps the sugar and carbs down, and setting a calorie limit of 1500-2000 (more if you are exercising). Eating the same thing every day gets boring after about 3 days. Also, try not to take it off faster than you put it on - I wouldn t suggest over 5 pounds a week. Extreme weight fluctuations CAN be more unhealthy than just being overweight. Good luck - I hope you do well!!!

you can lose your mindthats about it

How Can I Lose Weight Fast But Be Healthy Doing It? -

I am about 9 stone. And only 17/18.. and i am about 5ft 3..

I don t think loosing weight fast is generally healthy. The best thing to do is start a good exercise program and stay on a healthy low calorie meal plan. You can make it happen!Good luck!

Getting to a HEALTHY weight, with a healthy body fat level for your gender and age, and with a fully balanced and healthy lifestyle is very easy. You only need to do two things, eat healthy and excercise.First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn t mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn t mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.Secondly you do need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up by increasing your metabolism. This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.

Congrats on your decision to live a healthier lifestyle...you should be very proud of yourself!!!The ONLY safe and effective way to lose weight is Eat Less + Move More = long term healthier weightIf you think of it as a diet every time you eat something you probably shouldn t have then you will think of it as a failure, so throw that notion out the window. Also, if you put yourself on a restrictive diet when you have lost the weight and regain normal eating you will gain the weight back. You need to make changes that you can live with forever. The easiest things to change are portion control. If you normally eat a quarter pounder and large fry, throw half of the burger away and eat a small fry. At home put less on your plate and don t go back for seconds. Just cutting back on how much you eat of the same stuff will cause you to lose weight. If you are craving sweets then eat half of a cupcake instead of all of it.Second, start making healthier choices. Low fat cheese, sour cream, butter is better than regular. Baked chips instead of fried. A baked potato instead of fries. Snack on fruit and veggies instead of junk. Stock up on stuff that is easy to make and healthy. (100 calorie packs, canned broth based soups, veggies). Third, if you are hungry it is more likely you will make the wrong choices on food. Instead of eating three big meal, eat all day...just eat the right stuff. A good rule of thumb for main meals is to divide your plate into 1/4th. 1/4 should be protein (meat, cheese, beans)1/4 should be carbs (potato, bread)1/2 should be veggies (salad or green beans, carrots, peas, etc)I HATE salad. But I have found with the right dressing (Honey Catalina, Thousand Island with Bacon) craisins and small amount of walnuts it is edible. Do not pour the dressing on the salad, just dip your fork into it before each bite. You will use A LOT less and still have the flavor in every bite.Good Luck, email me anytime for support!

At 5ft 3 and 9 stone why do you want to lose any weight?Short answer to your question is: you can t! I ve tried every lose weight quick solution going and (trust me on this) once you stop the regime the weight and more besides comes piling back onThe only way to lose weight healthily and keep it off is to eat less and be more active, there s no magic formula

Get 30min-60min of cardio/aerobics. 5 Times a week (but start off slow) Once you have done that and lost the weight move to doing lots of crunches and leg lifts to tone your trouble spots. Along with cutting out all junk food, eating lots of vegitable and other negative calories. Also make sure that when you eat meat you are eating very low fat, lean meat. Try to start walking/running as well. Good Luck!

If you`re gone shopping, push the shopping basket while you`re walking for forty-five minutes. If you consume chili twice per day, you may burn 100 calories. Playing the piano for forty-one minutes or taking a walk for fifty-one minutes are also good ways to lose the excess of calories after a meal. The benefic effects of green tea are well known, and drinking three cups of green tea in a period of twenty-four hours may help you burn 100 calories. Riding the bike for twenty minutes or having a massage for almost two hours are relaxing activities that make you burn 100 calories. I read about this at http://www.projectweightloss.com/index.p

In short, go and look at www.lookgreatnakedchallenge.comEven if you don t take part in the challenge, you can get free advice on the Elimination Diet - basically a period of only eating good, fresh, healthy food and avoiding any nasties. After that you slowly reintroduce things to figure out what really agrees with you on a clean system.Exercising alongside good nutrition is the way forward for weight loss but avoid just doing long cardio workouts as that actually elevates your cortisol (stress hormone). Instead go for shorter, slightly more intense workouts and keep cardio shorter too with some interval training in there ifyou can.It s all pretty simple; it s just a matter of sticking to it. Hard to argue with eat clean and exercise to moderate intensity though.

Eat a healthy diet of mainly complex carbs, lean protein and unsaturated fats. Drop the deep fry completely.Exercise briskly 5-6 days a week, you ll learn to love it and start to feel fantastic in a couple of short weeks.Have a read of my 5 simple steps to fat loss, you can download it here http://www.lose-fat-get-fit.com/how-to-l

on average 1-2 pounds a weeks. I am not sure how that is converted to stones. But 6 small meals and I mean small meals a day, and exercising 3 to 5 times a week, whether walking to weight training to cardio exercising.

How do I lose weight fast without dieting? -

I want to lose weight, but do not want to go on a diet, please tell me how and thank you. But I don t want to go to a gym and spend to much, anything I can do around the house?PS I m not that fat, just have a lot of jelly in my belly :)

there is only one way to lose weight. you need to eat less and exercise more. eat healthy foods. drink plenty of water. walk, run, jog, dance, bike, swim, anything that gets you moving. no junk food. no fast food. eat a good breakfast, and include some protein with it. don t eat anything after 7:00 pm. at restaurants put half of your meal in a container to take home for the next day before you start to eat.

The fastest way to weight loss is by taking weight loss pills and supplements. But the risks involved with taking diet supplements significantly outweigh the results any person would receive. Most people believe that diet pills and supplements will solved their overweight problems overnight. If you are taking diet pills supplements to weight loss, the moment you stop taking the pill, your weight will reverse back to where you start and sometime worst or you will be hook to the diet pills in order for you to maintain your idea weight.I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then.A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I havent seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan. Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. Best of all you can eat what you most enjoyed without gaining any weight. The success has inspired me to help others and i am sure you won t be disappointed. The link is at the source below.

Cleaning, going for walks/runs/jogs... It s not that hard to find activity. Do something you actually enjoy. For many people, dancing is a great option-- it s fun and doesn t *feel* like work.On the other hand, be aware of what you eat. Don t let extra activity cause you to eat more or it screws up the balance of burn more than you consume .You can t lose weight fast unless you take extreme measures, and it rarely lasts that way.Take your time adding more exercise to your daily life in a way that it s fun, opposed to making it a ugh, I need to bike 3 miles to burn off that lunch I just ate sort of thing.

Do not be a couch potato. It is the easiest thing in the world to become a couch potato. You know what we are talking about dont you That shapeless thing that sits or reclines on a shapeless chair in front of the television and stupidly munches away at something fried! If you are inclined to become a promising old couch potato, break the habit, cut at the very root of the vine. And you want to know what the best way is for that Take away that favorite chair of yours. In fact, it would be a very good idea if you could keep a chair that isnt too comfortable in front of the TV. This will discourage any tendency to become a couch potato.

There is no fast easy safe way to lose weight. As for exercisesDo stomach crunches every day (about 100) then six inches (ie keep your legs six inches off the ground for 10 seconds at a time) do about 25 of these a dayfor your delts and quads -do about 30-50 squats a day holding each squat for about 30 seconds

Try using Acai BerryI did some research about it and says thatacai berry helps you lose weight because of its benefits like antioxidants and breaks down fat fast, and gives you more energy and other benefits too.For more info go to http://ezinearticles.com/?Acai-Berry---How-to-Lose-Weight-With-Acai-Berry id=2852384

Um hate to break it to ya but theres no easy way to lose weight, if you want to you have to change your eating habits and exercise, yea it sucks but thats life. You cant magically drop pounds if there was something that did that no one would be fat.

do this maybe you can helpAerobic - 8 minute Abs

exercise; walking, running regularly and of course avoid high calorie foods.

you cant lose weight unless you do both dieting and exercise

I need to lose weight FAST. Im inlove and i want to please him. HELPPPP? -

i need to lose weight in my belly. I WANT A BEACH BODY=]

Read Eat to Live ...not only will you get a healthy eating plan, but it will scare the **** out of you if you ever THINK about eating unhealthy. Worked for three people I know. You want to please him? WTF?!?! 100 years of feminine activism just got reversed. Please yourself honey...only YOU are worth it.

Don t lose weight just for someone else. Only lose weight for yourself. If you still want to lose weight, then eat healthy and exercise. sit ups help flatten the tummy.

Do lot of abdominal exercises (dont forget the obliques) and a calorie controlled diet. we use www.calorieking.com.au and it works really well. You want to please him! He better be pleasing you back! If he is a decent man, he will love you the way you are... otherwise he isn t the one for you, so move on. You could be wasting precious time on him and missing out on meeting mr right!

I call this the Rick diet: It s actually not a diet. It s just a philosophy on dieting. Counting calories, reading labels, and all that stuff is too much work. You re bound to cheat or forget to do it. Telling yourself you re going to eat healthy is too vague of a statement. The best thing to do is set specific goals. I suggest tackling two or three at a time of the following:-Nothing deep fried (Everyone should do this one)-No Red Meat-No mayonaise or mayonaise based sauces/dressings-No soda-No cheese-No candyWith these simple goals, no knowledge is needed on nutritional info. This may not be as quick as a rice and beans diet, but you can still eat good foods and lose weight. I lost ten pounds in one week by not eating anything deep fried and no red meat.

do it for yourself not someone else, but if you want, go tothe sports store and get the wheel,it will knock sparks in you,and eat a lot of salads for like a week, twice a day, and try to stay away from breads..

Eat healthy and exercise. Never change yourself for a person. If they love you then they love you for who you are!

Do abdominal exercises to increase appearance of muscles and eat more greens and grilled foods and less sweets to reduce the fat.

It s all about eating smart. Cut out hydrogenated vegetable oils from your diet (this will help tremendously), reduce the amount of bread you eat, and exercise regularly.Crunches and jumping jacks, when done enough, can help tone your body as well as burn fat. You just have to make sure that you don t starve yourself, and get plenty of sleep after exercising.Stick to it, and I m sure you ll be losing weight in no time. Good luck to you! ^_^

Ok, heres one my brother tried out last week. Binge drink. Probably not too good for your brain but it works. My brother lost 9kg and his friend 8kg just by binge drinking once.
