How to lose weight at 15? -

How do i gain muscle and lose weight.if i biked 10 miles a day and didnt eat any bad foods what would that do?please suggestionswould like to lose 30+ pounds before September

Biking isnt much....anyone can SIT and bike 10 miles (I know, ive done it).Try running half that...youll loose maybe 3 lbs per 5 miles.

try this site http://freewebs.com/exercise-plansHe writes entire exercise plans for youThe guy has all sorts of qualifications and experiance, and hes a doctor in somthing lol.He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant. Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol. Give it a go Also you don t have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit.Hope this helps.

I would like to gain 30 before September. I eat all I want and gain nothing and lose nothing. Anyways...If you biked 10 miles a day with no bad food, that will help burn out the fat/weight of your legs and hips. I suggest that you do sit ups or crunches every morning.

Haha. Well, it would probably just make you thinner. If you keep your heart rate up too high for longer than 30 minutes its called cycling, which is where your body starts to burn off muscle instead of fat. I suppose...eat more protein and just focus on strength training.

How to lose weight for wrestling? -

Six pounds is not hard to cut, just limit your solids the day before way in s. Only eat celery. The morning of your weigh in, weigh yourself. If you have not shed off enough by dieting, jump on the treadmill and sweat what you need off. Avoid all sugars because your body stores water in relation to your glucose levels, less sugars, less water, less weight.Edit.............Try it tonight to get a feel for how much will come off. Weigh yourself before bed then again in the morning.I was shocked when I found that I dropped four pounds on average every night, without even trying!

How to lose weight before summer? -

Well im 14 years old and i am a little over weight i think. Im definitally not fat but i do think i need to lose a few pounds before summer hits. I am going to be seeing my crush a lot this summer and also i might be moving to the beach, so i want to have a nice body. Anything will help! :)

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Try running a lot, it works out almost every muscle in your body, especially your core, which will give you some nice abs :)Also, when summer approaches your gunna want to swim a lot, swimming is possibly the best exercise you can get, it works everything and will give you a nice toned body.Make sure you exercise at least three times a week so you don t become out of shape. Also eat the right foods, don t starve yourself, but cut down on the junk food and try something like baby carrots with ranch dip.Summers not for a while, so if you keep this up you should look great for summer :)

dont eat unhealthly snacksalso do lots - not overexercising) but lots of exercisedance to vidoes- make sure you sweat - this means your body is working hard - keep dancing - and you will be slim for summer! : D

Eat sensible, and exercise. No other way.

healthy food and exercise

How to lose weight in certain areas??? -

Im about 16 and 5 3 and I weigh 137 . . . Idk if thats overweight, but I sure do feel overweight! My gym coach told me that im actually doing good considering how much is muscle [[i dont member]] but i have a feeling all my fat is in my thighs and my love handles oh and like on my ribs. I really want to lose some weight but i only want to lose it in those areas. So if anyone knows any good exercises for those areas please help me out! send pics vids or a good description, im kinda stupid lol so just the name of the exercise wont help me. lol thanks much 333

Try This, It Helps Everyone:http://www.icanloseweight.infoHope This Info HelpsCheers,,

You can t spot reduce fat. Spot reduction is physiologically impossible. Just like doing situps won t reduce abdominal fat, doing oblique and thigh exercises won t reduce fat in those areas. You simply can t tell the body where to lose fat. You will need to lose fat all over in order to see results. For that = a proper diet, lots of cardio, and an appropriate strength training program. You will need to get your body in a caloric deficit each day by eating correctly, building muscle (and likewise, speeding up your metabolism), and burning excess calories. Burn the fat all over, and eventually you will see results in the areas you want. Good luck!

HiOne thing to know is that you can t spot lose . The fat will come off where it comes off. So you ll want to keep an eye on your whole body rather than just the problem areas. Sadly, the problem areas are usually the last place to drop the weight so don t be discouraged. Eat what you like. Just keep it to1200 calories a day, (healthier is better obviously), and sweat and I mean SWEAT!! for 30-40 minutes a day 6-7 days a week. Remember the more you sweat the more you can add to your eating plan. Write down everything you eat with calorie content. This will give you an overall look at where you need to make changes. Don t cheat, you re only fooling yourself and don t skip workouts. You should be losing about between 2-3 pounds a week, which is a healthy rate without starving yourself. .Good luck!

How to lose weight? -

OK...........So Im 14 years old and Im 5 8. The ideal wieght you should weigh for that height is 135 or 140, But I weigh 190 pounds. So I need to lose 50 pounds. I want to lose weight but i dont want to get surgery or pills or even buy plans and stuff like weight watchers. Ive tried diets but its hard to not eat the food you love and all the diet food are nasty. So i was wondering if anybody knew how to lose 50 pounds fast but safe. My goal is to lose it by next year.

Hi I am glad to hear that you prefer not to opt for diet pills and surgery which is quite expensive not to mention harmful .So this particular link helped me understand my body type and needs better so here goes,If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckxgood luck

Take your time and loose it slowly. eat healthy foods like lots of fruits, veggies. Drink plenty of water because this will cleanse out your system. Get some daily exercise, even if its only a 20 minute walk each day. You can also try eating grapefruits after a meal, this will absorb the calories. Remember to loose weight slowly, but steady, this way you can keep it off, instead of gaining it back double.

You will not lose 50 lbs fast AND safe. A year is a good target to lose that much safely and have a good chance of keeping it off.First off, do NOT eat fast food. It is full of the worst possible things to keep you alive, and only makes you crave more of it. Eat whole grains and things with whole grains in them. Eat a small salad with every meal, because the fiber will fill you up without the extra calories. Carbs are NOT bad, but eating too much is.I know it s hard not to eat the food you love, but you can still love it and eat it- JUST NOT ALL THE TIME! That s what s killing you. Toss the ice cream, Pop-Tarts, Doritos and other crap into the trash so you can t eat it, and get some fruit for a snack instead. There is no magic diet to losing weight and keeping it off. You have to burn more calories than you eat to lose it, and you have to change your eating habits and lifestyle if you want to succeed. Reward yourself every so often with some Dairy Queen or something, but it should NOT be a habit. It takes time, and it starts slowly, so you ll be working your butt off for a month or so and may actually GAIN weight as you build muscle mass. BUT- muscles are better for burning those extra pounds off, so if you stay on track you ll see results within a relatively short time.

here are some tips:How to lose bellyfat?http://www.askaquery.com/question/How-toHelpful Tips to lose weighthttp://www.askaquery.com/Answers/qn1597.Healthy Weight Loss : Start right awayhttp://www.askaquery.com/Answers/qn1586.

The very truth of any weightloss is to burn the calories you eat.If you eat 3000 calories a day, you need to burn enough to bring it back down to 2200. If you eat more than your daily allowance and don t burn it off in some way, you ll continue to gain weight. If you eat only 2200 calories a day, you ll still want to exercise, just to increase metabolism and to strengthen. The less you do: the less you ll want to do is a true statement when it comes to physical fitness. Start small! Give your body a chance to enjoy and need movement and exercise. But be diligent to do something, no matter how small, EVERY DAY. Even doing something as fun as dancing to music videos is exercise. Find something you love, devote a certain time period to doing ONLY that, and go for it!This site should help you:http://rileychildrenshospital.com/caringGood luck! :o)

As long as you believe that nonsense that diet food is nasty, you re doomed to be fat and get all the problems that come with it. You need to change your attitude and behavior. I eat a very tasty diet of mostly vegetables with a little protein mixed in. Too many carbs, fats, and sugars are your worst enemy. Learn to live without them. Eat to live, don t live to eat. I know how you feel. I m about 25 pounds overweight myself right now, and I m in the process of losing it. I ve always had a problem with my weight, but in the past I ve lost thirty pounds by sticking to natural foods (fruits, veggies, lean meats, low fat dairy). I don t eat any fried foods, junk food, or diet food (processed stuff that is loaded with artifical ingredients). This doesn t mean I don t eat sweets; I make desserts with fresh fruit and dark chocolate. You can, too. I also recommend getting into running. Start out slowly and don t overexert yourself, but make sure you re getting your heart rate up. Running is excellent for burning fat and giving you that long, lean look.

First, join a weight loss group. (TOPS, Weight Watchers, etc. ) I know for a kid like you it costs a kings ransom. Just come up with the money. The second thing is not the diet but your total environment. Ask yourself where do you eat and avoid those areas. Stay in areas where activity and not eating is considered a reward.Substitute healthy areas. Some gyms allow 14 year old to join with parents permission. I just want you to know that I was a big yo-yo with my weight. If I started at your age the chances of me breaking those bod habits would of been much greater. Good luck.
